Considering the price I had not expected much. I do like that the sound quality of calls and music is so good and loud enough to hear without lifting the SW closer to my ear. The monitors in and of themselves do not imply they are to be thought accurate and they are not. However other features I find useful. The size of the screen and the clarity of the display make it a nice tool for those requiring reading glasses. The heart monitor does however produce results similar to other Smart Watches. It was easy to set up and so far the battery life has been good but I have worn it only two days though with trying all the features the battery life is at 93%.I did replace the watch band making it more of a love, love Smart Watch.I am giving this watch 4 stars which is better than I would have given some other Smart Watches I have. I can't give it 5 stars because I doubt the accuracy of its readings and when disconnected from Bluetooth some features are unavailable but can be added at which point reading the display may prove difficult for some.But a Good Smart Watch.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I initially bought this to replace the other two previous old ones which had packed up... Previous ones were same brand/make and models. The first one lasted around 19months. The 2nd lasted about 14months... However, this 3rd one has lasted just over 6months. I won't be buying this brand again. Was great while they lasted.... Haven't a clue why they are now not so dependable. The quality of the watch is good but it doesn't last... I see that Blackview allegedly have a new model out.... I won't be buying it...

I have tried 3 times to contact customer services over the past 3 weeks in relation to a fault with the watch but have had no response. Based on the faulty watch and the customer services I would t be buying this watch again if it’s to fully stop working. If customer services had even just replied to me my score may have been higher as I’d assume they would offer me advice on what to do with the watch. I know it’s not an expensive watch but it’s £40 I could’ve put towards a better watch. The watch looks well but doesn’t work well.
