This powder is really good. I have been using it for 3 months. It blends into my coffee well and is almost tasteless. If you use another flavored creamer or make a smoothie you would not notice it at all. My nails have grown and are strong. I actually have little hairs growing around my forehead at the temples. I am 66 years old and I hoped for better complexion- maybe it is better- but I also use other lotions and potions on my face so I can not testify the the collagen powder helping with that.

I love the small scoop. So the value for money is way more than other brands! I love the health benefits of using collagen and this one works really well. I have found my hair growth faster and nails to be growing faster too and I don't notice any taste or thickness in my drinks. I didn't notice any pain relief but didn't have much to begin with. My skin is healthier and I love how it makes my hair grow!

I took another brand of collagen capsules for months and saw no results. This collagen is AMAZING! First of all, it dissolves so easily, the serving scoop is very small, and it's completely tasteless. Secondly, and best of all, after a few weeks of use, the fine lines under my eyes have disappeared, the crepy skin on my arms has improved drastically, and the sagging skin on my legs and eyelids have improved. Love this stuff!!

I wanted to try collagen to improve my skin, and I'm impressed with this collagen powder. I'm a fan of Beach Body's Chocolate Shakeology drinks and my whole family LOVES the mixed berry Energize drink, so I decided to give this one a try. I first mixed it with only cold water, expecting it to not taste great or feel gritty. I was then planning to try it in my energize drink, iced tea, bubbly water, etc. to see what worked best. However, I was very pleasantly surprised that even in just water, this didn't clump at all. It dissolved very well and had absolutely no funky taste. Very drinkable. I feel like you could easily mix this into anything.

This product is as advertised, and collagen is really great! Buy this if you don't mind the cost and if space is an issue for you. Like they say, 2.5 grams is like taking 10 or 20 grams of the other stuff! However, as far as the cost/value of the product, there are other options available that offer a better price/serving. For example, I use Zena Liquid Collagen + Biotin. I've also used Vital Proteins Collagen (the one were you have to take 20 grams of it!), and both of those offer a better value. However, this product has a smaller footprint than either of those, and fits nicely in the cupboard! Zena requires refrigeration, and Vital Proteins is nearly 10x the volume/serving. I would recommend you try this and try Zena, and then make your own decision. For me, I chose to stick with Zena because of the convenience of not needing to mix it with anything and just easily taking a drink of it each day at some point from the fridge door.
