This flour is amazing and exactly the same which we get in India.
I made jowar chi roti or you can say Gujarati Rotla. These gluten free flat bread can wonders to your health. I have tried so many different brand here but nothing beats the jalpur brand. Flour is always fresh. Here are some tips you can follow.Rotla tips1. Make sure your flour is new and fresh. If it’s older than 2 moths don’t use that.2. Always use warm water. I put the water in microwave for 90 seconds.3. I highly recommend Jalpur brand flour which is available on Amazon might be available in Indian stores.4. Make soft dough not hard.5. For 1 cup of flour use 1 cup of warm water6. Kneed each dough ball before rolling or you can use tortilla press7. Cook on high flame8. For the first side keep it on tawa for 30 seconds then flip is and keep it for 1 min then again flip it. If they fluf up like roti then your rotla are perfectly cooked.9. Let me know if you have any questions10. If you’re using rolling pin then I’ll recommend using wooden lazy Susan it really helps ( that’s my personal experience)11. 1 cup flour = 1 cup water (for kneading dough)

Caution
I have purchased two of these. The first package was fine. The second pack contained small weevil-like bugs in it, which didn't hatch until a week or so after I got it home. I will not purchase this brand again.
