Perfect Solution for Keeping the Mouth Closed While Sleeping!
This product works perfectly. I had been having issues with dry mouth at night since my mouth remains open while I sleep. It was uncomfortable, would wake me, and has a negative impact on dental health over the long term. Other mouth tapes I'd seen go across the lips, which I did not want, since I wear chapstick at night and I also frequently drink water throughout the night. This tape is perfect! It does not touch the lips, so I can keep my lips moisturized and drink water when I want. It is even possible to talk with this on. Yet, it keeps the mouth closed while sleeping. No more dry mouth! I sleep much better as a result. I put moisturizer on my skin a couple of hours before going to bed, and this tape has no problem adhering even to moisturized skin. And I have no problem removing it in the morning. I do remove it slowly and carefully, but it does not hurt, and does not damage the skin. It doesn't even leave a mark, and I have very sensitive skin. I highly recommend this product.

It works perfectly!
I sleep on my back propped up which causes my mouth to gape open all night. This tape does the job so well. It is comfortable and very sticky. I saw a review saying these don't stick. I wonder if they washed their face area where the tape gets placed. Always wash area where tape will be applied before putting on tape to make it most effective. Even a wet wipe meant for butts is sufficient. It works for me.I have been able to use one tape for 3 nights each. That means that a 90 count package will last me 270 nights. The key is to wash the area before putting the tape on.Each use, it does leave a sticky residue as others have stated and especially on 2nd and 3rs use of one tape, but it's so easy to take that residue off. Just use an oil, such as coconut oil, olive oil or whatever food grade oil you have. I use MCT oil which is from coconut. I fill a little dropper bottle with the oil and dispense oil that way. It only takes maybe 3 or 4 drops of oil to cover the sticky area on your face. Then take a tissue and somewhat firmly wipe away. No more sticky stuff and problem solved. It really is so easy!

It did not work as described
I purchased this item for my son. We received it on time and i read All the directions throughly before using it. Once i pealed It off and put it around his mouth i pushed it to make sure it stuck around his mouth and within 10 seconds it came off. I tried again and it still didn’t work. I was very disappointed because i was Hoping would help my son out but unfortunately it didn’t. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Very helpful for mouth breathing but new ones have problems
These have helped me a lot by stopping mouth breathing at night, which was causing a dry mouth and snoring. In order to make sure they stay on, you have to make sure there is no lotion on the area where you apply it. Nothing else has worked as well. They allow you to talk, drink, and breathe through your mouth when you want to, but provide just enough tension from the tape to keep your mouth closed if you are relaxed. I wish they made a hypoallergenic option. UPDATE: the most recent ones have thick black lines and 'ZZZ' printed on them in black ink - it looks terrible on a woman, like I have a mustache or skin problem. Also, the sticky stuff on the back is now sticking to my skin after I remove the tape. The tape is also harder to remove and hurts. The previous ones I had did not have these problems. These changes have made me unable to use it any longer.

Best mouth tape I’ve tried
I’ve been mouth-taping for years now, and along the way, I’ve experimented with various options — Myotape is hands-down my favorite, and as a result, I’ve used it consistently over the last couple of years. It has a gentle but effective and long-lasting adhesive; it is easy to apply, it removes without discomfort or irritation, and it’s effective — gently but effectively keeping the mouth shut, which has clearly improved my sleep quality (Oura data, less frequent wake ups, etc.). I should also mention that I routinely don’t get “enough” sleep, but I feel like the mouth tape helps me get the most out of what I do get. Lastly, you can’t beat the value. A three-month supply for $25 or so for better sleep — which impacts every domain of life…you can’t beat that!

I don’t get it - you can still mouth breathe what’s the point?
I read the reviews and looked at the product and knew the middle was open but thought I’d try it and see what everyone was raving about. But I don’t get it - how does that actually make it work? If I can still breathe through my mouth, what’s the point? Yes it stops me from mouth hanging wide open, but if you still mouth breathe then this defeats the purpose. Returning, I don’t get the hype.As far as application, I found it easy to put on and stays on well. Taking off was fine, no residue like others have said. People that clam veg west multiple days like why and how? No reason for that. The packets has a medical smell to it, didn’t bother me while wearing.Good luck to those that use these. I don’t think it’s worth it at all.

Good and bad points - verdict is still out
We had 3 of our kids use this and all of them developed some sort of rash (one more strongly than the other). However, after the first week, 2 of them were able to continue use without any issues. The residual tape after removing is a pain to have to wash off every day but at least it stays on! We stretch the tape a bit more than the recommended 30% otherwise the lips don’t seal that well. We are also using this over appliances so that could be the other reason the lips don’t close entirely. I’m not entirely sure how effective this is versus the option to close the mouth entirely, but I feel better with the mouth being free at the moment.

You'll hate 'em the first night but you'll love the wonderful sleep you get.
Snoring and breathing through your mouth at night is not only distracting for the other person, you are not sleeping well and if you're not breathing through your nose, you are harming your heart. You're going to hate these the first night but you will love them the first night when you wake up, well rested. Mouth breathing at night is harming you. When you breathe through your nose you are producing nitric oxide and that is a great thing for your oxygen intake and you'll just sleep so much better. And your snoring will be gone and you'll wake up refreshed and ready to think clearly the following day.

Snore tape
It's like a bandage material, it does pull skin when you take off. Caution when removing advised.

Do not buy
They only come in one size and they don’t even work. I wanted size small and I got large. Waste of money. I’d give them no stars if I could.
