*Update6th June 2020*The winder stopped working after about a year and 3 months of use but luckily it was still under its initial 18 month of warranty period. I emailed the seller who responded immediately and asked a for a short video as evidence and sent a replacement within 2 days with another 18 months of warranty on the replacement. Was pretty impressed with the service!_____________________*initial reiew at teh time of purchase in Feb 2019*Good quality product and came in good packaging. Instruction manual is a little confusing as it seems to reference a switch that I cannot find but didn’t cause any issue as such - it was easy to set up anyway.It is not completely noiseless - there is a little buzz that you would hear in a quiet room when the motor is running but it’s not at the level where it becomes annoying (at least not for me). Overall happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend for anyone with an automatic watch and doesn’t wear it regularly enough -if you want to avoid a costly repair bill !!

I’ve had other cheap watch winders and to be honest I’ve found this to be the noisiest of them, I have it by my bed and sometimes have to turn it off!It’s also very long for what it does but does feel and look like it’s been well put togetherI think you get what you pay for at the end of the day, if you keep your watch in a different room from your bedroom it would be fine.

I have purchased 2 other makes. The 1st lasted 3 years the 2nd 14 months each in turn were used nightly and each was far more costly than this Poulla - the 1st was almost 3 times the cost, the 2nd double. Following my 2 expensive mistakes and checking all reviews I ordered this with free delivery offer. Informed it wod arrive a week or so it came well packaged 2 days after ordering. I am mightily delighted with this product. It is totally silent in operation, dead easy to set up providing you read the instructions first & for me with the experience of previous purchases the real bonus is the guarantee that comes with it and of course the very prompt delivery. It has movement options rotating both ways with rest periods throughout the night or one way only or anti only both with rest sessions throughout the switch on period. For me this is a winner, very neat in appearance and whilst it is early days I feel confident that I shall not regret this purchase

Have some good points to note: Its nice to find a watch winder with both the mains and battery options. This makes it more portable and you can run multiple from the one power lead if you have more than one of the same, because they can be connected. Overall happy with purchase. Only niggle would be that the carbon pattern is actually a wrapped sticker, but for the cost they are and the function they provide can't complain.

This does a great job of winding my watch, however it has 3 flaws - 1. It's bigger than I'd wanted, but not too big, 2. You can hear it so don't have it right next to you at night and 3. It's fiddly to get your watch in and out easily. I'm guessing these flaws must be present on all winders so I'm ok with this.

Like the watch winder in general. Main dissapointment is that you cannot adjust the quntity of rotations on this model. Have had to hook up to a timer so the watch is not over wound.

12 months use. Rolex SD. No way of getting in touch with seller. No way to return. Do not buy if you want more than 12 months use.

Looks good, does the job. It's a bit bigger than I'd like but then they all are.This one has developed a bit of a creak when it runs now after a couple of months, you'd never notice unless it's silent in the room. It's not bothered me enough to kick it out the bedroom yet.
