An Effective and Natural Alternative To Expensive Prescription Drugs
This has been brilliant for my five year old male Japanese Akita Inu who I noticed limped after we had been on long walks, say five miles. He was diagnosed as having mild arthritis and I was told to rest him alongside him being administered Carprieve. This drug gave him severe diaorrhea with blood in it. Vile! Not only was it unpleasant, it was really distressing for him and he cried when he passed these stools. He was administered another drug which the name of I can't remember and this caused the same thing. Getting up in the middle of the night to go for a walk was no joke. I was offered another drug which I declined and sought my own natural alternative. I discovered this and it has been wonderful. He no longer limps. There are no side effects. You just mix it in with his food. I started off giving him half of the dose and then increased it to the full amount for his size. It is a god send. I am on my second bottle now. A bottle seems to last three months and my Akita weighs 33 kg. I will not be without it. I tested it by leaving it out of his diet for a while to see what would happen. The limp reappeared. I will always buy it and highly recommend it. Great for those who like natural food for their dogs.

Seeing results after only three weeks...
Three weeks from starting to use this, my little dog has walked for twenty minutes without limping. I'm using it in conjunction with a chondroitin/glucosamine supplement and I have to say, after using the supplement alone for over three months, there really is some noticeable improvement from combining it with this product. The supplement is for joint and bone health but this product is primarily for pain relief and it really does seem to work. There are no after effects as some people claim will occur when using Yucca based products but my only grouch is that it contains glucose. I never knowingly give my dogs sugar or any sugar by-products or derivatives and I don't understand why they are added to dog foods, biscuits and treats. Most dogs, if fed correctly, will be so hungry by the time their next meal is provided, they'll wolf it down without having to be tempted by added sugar! It's totally unnecessary from the dogs' point of view - it makes them fat and rots their teeth, like it does with people! I can only assume it has been added to this product to make it more palatable. Still... no complaints! The product seems to be working and is getting her out of pain and making her outlook on life more cheerful but, if you don't already do so, it's probably best to to clean you dog's teeth every night before bed to prevent tooth decay. If you have a small dog, you'll find that the squeeze-up dosing system does not cater for the tinies so it's probably best to invest in a pack of syringes which can be bought from Amazon (see my review for the 10 x 2.5ml size) and squeeze up enough to get the syringe in and suck up the correct dosage of medication. They aren't very expensive and it's worth it to prevent overdosing. Ignore the instructions to use once only - fill a cup or bowl with tepid water and repeatedlty suck up and discharge the syringe until it's clean - this way it will last for months at minimal expense and with no harm to your pet.

He is a changed Dog!
I bought this for my Mother's Dog who is a rescue dog who is 12 and has alot of things wrong with him from a constant hot head to ear infections and heart trouble after being abandoned by his previous owners. He had good days and bad days. The bad days outnumbered the good days. We even spoke about it being the end for the poor boy, which is hard to face of course. Spending the last few hours of your life in a vets is extremely painful for all concerned. I really wanted to help the old boy as he is a wonderful little dog who loves everyone, even though he was let down by the people he trusted and loved the most. I found this solution which he takes it once a day in his food.He is living his best life now, he is eager and alert and is able to sleep without pain. He is eager to go out all the time and enjoys his walks instead of lagging behind. I can't recommend this enough as, he is also very anxious about going to the vets so to find something that doesn't include a stressful consultation and eye watering fees for a vet to look at him and give him chemical medications has been a god send. I would recommend this in a heart beat.My Mother was overwhelmed with the improvement, she had never been able to get his head cool and this worked in a matter of 15 minutes. Can you imagine the relief he must've felt?. It was so heart warming to see him improve and hear from my Mother on how well he was everyday. There has only been one bad HOUR since we started him on this solution, and that was only because he didn't want to eat his food at first, he did later and was fine the rest of the day.Buy the solution if you have a sick or elderly dog or cat, what do you have to lose? Your pet has everything to gain. They rarely show signs of pain, but if you know your pet, you know when something is wrong. He is so happy now and I am so grateful that this product is available to buy and works exceptionally well.

Useful Anti-Inflammatory for our Dog
Having been recommended 'Devil's Claw' as an anti-inflammatory for my knees in the past I thought I would check to see if there was a similar type of product for our dog. We did some research on Amazon and found this product - Canine Inflamex. The reviews were good so we thought we'd give it a whirl. We have a cross pointer / dalmatian who is is around 12 1/2 and suffers from arthritis in her front paws and hips. We also give her a glucosamine / chondroitin supplement. It is difficult to say exactly how it has helped her but I would certainly say that it is helping to maintain her mobility, and we are now on the second bottle. There is a measuring facility on the bottle but we get into a bit of a pickle with it and so just use a spoon to measure out her dose. She has it over her lunch mid-day. She seems to quite like it and will lick it off the spoon. We are very pleased with the product and will continue to use it to help our dog.
