It has a good glue, and flexible easy to cut excess.Even though it has a good grip so it won’t open by itself, the a cap is easily removable giving easy access to the AirTag. Can be taken out.

We use these inside our luggage. Very strong adhesive, so make sure of the location because you may not be able to adjust it once you apply it (as mentioned by others). I bet the adhesive outlives the luggage!
