I purchased the wheelchair for my father and he loves it!We gets lots of compliments from people, we would like to purchase an extra battery for backup however, the option is not available on your site. Can you please tell us where can we purchase an extra battery?

This wheelchair is advertised as 33lbs when it weights 40lbs.The joystick was not the same as pictured on the ad or in the manual. This joystick has buttons on the bottom closes to the joystick that on the left does nothing and the right only beeps but doesn’t make any changes. Manual doesn’t show theses buttons or their functions.The wheels are advertised as front 8” and back 12” when in actuality they are 7” front and 11” back.The anti-tip wheels in the back do not even roll.This wheel chair is also advertised as being able to go through grass when it does not. The anti-tip wheels are only 1.5” clearance and dig into the ground leaving the chair completely stuck.

The media could not be loaded. After reviewing most chairs in site, we decided on this chair for my daughter. Let’s start with the good things:Very solid constructionNice lookingVery easy to set up, just attach the joystickSmall enough to carry in car trunkSmall sized batteries to have extrasVery comfortable seat2 modes: manual and electric, if batteries die out, you can use it as a regular chair and its kinda lightweight.Various speeds, this baby can zoom.Now for the bad:-Small sized, doubt a large adult would be able to use it-Rough details, had to use a file to install joystick-Climsy /frail joystick seems my daughter will destroy it soon and the way it attaches to chair, it might not last- Joystick has 2 other buttons that seem no to have function, since it’s not the one pictured on ad, not a major thing but still one worries about craftsmanship-Instruction manual, like all Chinese items, is not good, doesn’t help at all.-Too expensive: seems that other chairs have similar features at half the cost. But this is not bad I would say medium priced, if batteries last, then I would say it’s totally worth it, since they are like a drill battery very portable. If those hold their charge, I will update and give it 5 stars.-Not that lightweight, a senior could carry it.-Footrest are not adjustableConclusionSuper easy setup, very sturdy, looks like a deluxe model, very comfortable seats, nice speed settings, easy carry, portable small batteries. Not a deluxe model, but seems like it. Has some rough finishes that you might need to work with, small sized.Also it folds as a regular chair, it’s not one of those luggage small portable chairs. Overall a good chair for small adult.

My wife is five foot three tall and the chair fits her perfectly. A large person would probably find it small. She has used it to ride in the house and likes it so much better than the heavier, more expensive chair. I am82 years old and find it heavy for me to pick up but I'm not very strong. Seems to be good quality and Ilike the chair. Glad I purchased it over some of the others.

Foldable electric wheelchair works well in tight spaces and the joystick is very responsive.

This chair is lightweight. It is substantial enough to easily place in a vehicle. For most environments, this is an excellent, temporary chair.

I liked the wheelchair. But today after very little use (maybe 20 hrs), all it does after turning it on is beebs about 4 times but wont move. There was no warranty card or information on how to get service. It says in description it has 6 months warranty. I bought the one with two batteries because it sounded like they many be hard to find. So I may be out big time. I can not find a website. I tried to contact Amazon but I haven't heard from them.
