My grandson had itty bitty hands and kept clawing himself so I bought these to limit the scratch marks. These stayed on his little fists without leaving marks around his wrists.

My grandson (who lives with me) was 7lbs 13oz at birth. He is now a month old and they still work for him even at 10lbs. No normal newborn sized mittens would work and just slip off. These preemie mittens were a perfect fit and stayed on without want slippage. Not too tight either to leave marks. They do look like socks, but they truly are the best mittens I’ve ever used as I have 5 children of my own.
