Replaced bumpers on 2 Xbox controllers a month ago.Rating 1-5:Fit - 5Quality - 5 (after 1 month)Tools - 4.2 cheap, but they do the job well

First off though the tools it came with are junk. The plastic shim broke instantly. I have my own Fixit kit i used but I suppose the T9 included will do the job.The quality of the the Bumpers and Analog replacements are pretty freaking good 👍. I'm quite surprised how OEM the plastic felt. Even the texture is spot on. I definitely recommend this kit to anyone who needs to replace the absolute junk LB or RB buttons that Microsoft puts in these controller. The piece of plastic that breaks is SO THIN it's no wonder we all need to replace them with this kit. Which again is good, so yes this buy is a good one.

Pretty cool kit that gets the job done. These bumpers have two little tabs that often brake and dont let you hit the RT or LT buttons, with this kit you can get all you need to replace them. The plastic prying tool is really useful to remove the plastic pieces on the side of the controller and the screwdriver you’ll use to remove the 5 screws holding it together. After that just remove and install the new bumpers and put the controller back together. I was back playing on my PC in just about 10 mins

I tried a different set with great disappointment. This set fits perfectly with my controller. I only needed the LB/RB set so I have extra parts now. The materials feel authentic to the touch and everything was provided to complete the install. Hopefully I won't need to replace any more buttons but if I do I'm buying these again.I will say, these are for the 1914 model. If you don't have that model they will not fit correctly. Make sure you check your controller model before ordering.

Fairly easy to install, juat watched a YouTube video. Better than buying a whole new controller.
