Can i substitute food floating sticks with this item?

I have not had much success with floating sticks. Remember, this item is for baby turtles and is very small.

Full list of ingredients? Kind of suspicious that they only list what 45% of the ingredients are. What does the other 55% consist of?

The other 55% is Ganoderma Polysaccharides(mushroom/fungus), Mulberry Leaves, Squid, garlic, beta carotene and various vitamins. My Eastern Painted turtles loved it!

Recommend for juvenile red eared sliders?

Unfortunately, I have no previous experience with red eared sliders. I found a baby snapping turtle. I have purchased just about everything there is to offer for any aquatic turtle. This particular item seems to offer everything a turtle needs for continued growth and well being. The kibble is very small, so definitely, for baby turtles. If your sliders are past the smaller, baby stage, I think you would be wasting your money.
