Great creative heartwarming story
This series has been enthralling. I love all of the different POVs. Lots of action and lots of emotional stories. The monsters are fun, and terrifying. No killing goblins.

All the feels…
I don’t know how you keep such a high level of quality up over this many large additions…This series has moved me time and time again… easily in my top 3 series. Please don’t ever conclude this one.

Absolutely Wonderful series with a few draw backs
The series is wonderfully written. The author is able to bring a wondrous world to life. The character devolpment in her stories is great. The only issue that I have with the series, is author can sometimes go off onto tangents and side characters that can be hard, at least for me, to push through. Especially since her chapters are normally +- 20,000 words long. Though in the authors defense she does tend to tie them in latter in the story into the main story. It can just be a bit much. Otherwise a phenomenal series.

Indoor plumbing.
I enjoy this series but I do have a few issues. As a decadent American I would have figured out indoor plumbing the first time I used an outhouse. Also, how do you support an inn with water when the water source is a river a mile away and you only have buckets. Can you imagine the body order with hard work and no bath!I would like to see some minor tech upgrades to the Inn. I was disappointed that Rags wasn't in this issue. I like most of the characters except the King. Overall I wanted the story to advance at least a year..

Great series
This series does a great job at capturing the immeasurable scale of every facet of life. The global importance of grand scale war, politics and power are no less honored in their significance than the loss one ice fairy to one lonely girl. Or the immense overwhelming tragedy of the death of a young girls dream. Each is handled with adequate attention, sacredness and weight. Impressive work by an astoundingly prolific internet author.A side: I normally do not prefer female narrators but Andrea blows it out of the park! What an absolutely talented and diverse voice actor.

Still amazing after 10 books
Continues to be some of the best fantasy I have read in my 50 years on this planet. Great characters, deep story, strong connections it has fights humour tragedy and you legitimately feel worried for the characters there are no Mary Sue characters no OP MC the author teases out a deep narrative I love these!

A moment to breath after the devastation of the last book
Honestly, if you’re not going into this book still a little stunned about what happened at the end of Tears of Liscor then you probably didn’t actually read it. It was a stunning finale, which also lead to the death of a lot of characters. As it was the culmination of so many long-standing plots it also shook up a lot of the rest of the cast, leaving everything very different from where it was at the start of the book. Also Ryoka’s back! Which isn’t a spoiler, she turned up at the very end of the last book and this one is called The Wind Runner so obviously she’s back. But I just want to take a moment to appreciate just how long she was gone for. The last time we saw Ryoka was when she was running off into the sunset at the end of The Last Light. That was five books ago, half the series. For arguably the second main character to take that big a leave of absence takes guts on behalf of the writer. That being said she’s not actually in this book that much, having just two chapters to her name. And in fact that’s kind of true for a lot of characters. From the last half of Blood of Liscor the narrative has been very focused on Liscor and what’s happening there. And now that that’s resolved the focus has expanded so we get to see what’s been going on in other places.Which leaves us with quite an interesting book. For the first time Erin is arguable not what the majority of the book is about. Not that she’s missing. Oh no, she’s here and that’s good because one of the main questions I had at the end of last book was ‘what will Erin do next?’ But we also head to Chandrar to see what Flos, the King of Destruction, is up to and to Baleros to check in on the newly formed United Nations company. And that’s aside from catching up with the other characters scattered around Liscor.Which means that this book, with its wide variety of characters, might not end up being your favourite in the series. But I don’t think it’s meant to be. After the end of Tears I don’t think it could be anything except what it is. The life returning to the forest after the fire, the first signs of green amidst the ash. And it does that really really well.

A Tale That Is Still Going Strong
Erin is grieving the losses of those who joined her fight against the goblin lord. But life goes on. This entry had plenty of events of interest. The magic door allows travel and it's time she did some exploring. For all his fearsum name the king of distruction is quite clever and reasonable and I can see how he conquered most of his continent the first time around. The Titan also gets the answers to the anomalies he's been tracking. It will be interesting to see just what he will do with it. The transportees are also beginning to introduce some of Earth's tech. Early days but with people seemingly still appearing it's only a matter of time until someone with real skills or a laptop with chemistry textbooks or other knowledge on it shows up. Lots of secondary characters get page time. What originally drew me in with this series was the worldbuilding and characters and this series hasn't lost any momentum from book 1. Looking forward to the next one.

So long
So long but so good. I have read all the wandering inn books. This is the best one so far. All I can say do not get put off by the page count. This book is fast paced and emotional. You will look at the book and say how can this happen. But you have to read it to find out. All I can say READ the book you will thank me.
