The product is very mediocre tbh. It's neither as comfortable nor as effective as the description says. Honestly the price is way too high.I feel like it would be effective for mild head aches that are caused by stress and not when you're sick.....cuz it gets uncomfortable. It's not a good feeling when u put the cold mask on when you have a head ache from an allergy attack or something. Maybe if it were a good quality plastic mask instead of a fabric one,it wouldn't be as uncomfortable.

I can use this ans its very amazing its relaxing and also cool so we can use night time comfortable wearing

First time worked like a charm cool and effective. The second time it was warm and wasn't as effective. I don't see anywhere in the product description that this should be refrigerated or I am missing something. But when I kept it in the fridge as you'd expect it was cool but the effect didn't last for more than 10 minutes. So I am not really sure if I'm using it right or if this is how the product is.

Never buy...waste of money....don't ever try to buy this product...
