The Shrimp Like Them!
Within a few hours of putting into the shrimp tank, 2 decided it was a good time to molt and used the cones to shed their old skin. Was fun to watch.

The set of 25 Alder cones were all microscopic. Teeny tiny. Very small. Not one of them would I say was a medium, large or extra large they were all extra small or small. Don’t expect a lot if you order these. I was surprised that they did not arrive crushed.

I love it
I read someone’s review about the cones being too sharp for fish so I put it in the isolation box I have to keep the fish from touching it. Been in the tank overnight and I can see that it’s slowing adding tint in the water.

Right amount but small
I got the right amount, love the look of them and the tannins they add, I have my own custom baskets I 3d printed to hang them in to seperate from the critters. Great for just looks and not bad price, will buy again if really need it. But sticking to almond leaves for now. My bettas seem to love them more.

Shrimp LOVE them!!!!
I'm glad I bought some backup because these will definitely need some replenishing over time.
