Perfect
Like many others here, I guess, our U-verse Remote slowly died and AT&T offers no replacement. This actually controls the cable box automatically, out of the wrapper. There is some setup to get it to recognize your TV for volume control and other. It took a minute to get the keystrokes for that just right, yes.Once that is done it acts just like new.

Works Perfectly!
My first remote, purchased from a different seller, was a dud. This one was perfect! It was in a sealed package with plastic battery strip still in place. Programmed within 30 seconds.

Don't do it...
The remote is clearly a used device (not new). However, several buttons either do not function at all or engage only when they are held down for a significant period of time (three to five seconds). The product condition was labeled as "Used - Like New" but clearly no one bothered to ensure that it worked correctly. Overall rating is a "1" only because zero is not available.
