Not what I expected
I just now saw the (not the external hard drive) smh this is just a case for hard drive itself (just a box) someone else said was very misleading and it was but like I said I just now saw that it said BOX! So this is just a box to store the hard drive. Buyer beware READ carefully for the full description. Will be returning this ASAP!

Doesn't work it .
The unit I received did not work as described in the manual that came with the hardware. I even looked for a computer technician to test it on other equipment, as it was impossible to install and use it on the ones I own.

This item did not work with my TV.
Although the customer service was amazing, I specifically searched for an external drive to expand my TV storage. When I hooked it up it did not show as an option at all on my TV.
