As so often in advertisements for supplements, Epigenetics' headline does not tell the whole truth. Yes, the current price is £26.98 for 60 capsules. (Already pricy imo.) However, scroll down and you will find that to get the recommended "serving" size (that weasel word again) you must take 2 capsules daily. Epigenetics give the price per capsule as 45p, but the real daily cost of this supplement is almost 90p.That said, the mix of ingredients thought to help eye health is impressive. 10mg of lutein scrapes in at the lower end of the range of doses usually taken. 10mg of zeaxanthin is way above the more usual 2mg. The 50mg dose of taurine is as normally taken. And there are more! Happily, there is no mention of any nasties or unnecessary fillers. "Made in the UK" is reassuring.Letterbox-friendly flat white, light-excluding container, but alas made of plastic (with the potential to harm our bodies and the world.) I would have much preferred one of the foil-lined pouches used more and more by supplement sellers.Best before 3/5/2026.

Nevertheless this is a supplement - and as such these products will supplement a diet and the amounts required will differ from person to person as diets differ.Overall the Ultra Eye Care & Support appears to be a well-rounded and comprehensive vision supplement. Perhaps it should have included omega 3 fatty acids for completeness but this product has the potential to be a valuable addition to a healthy lifestyle for those seeking to maintain optimal vision and eye function.

I am hoping that this combination of substances will improve my eyesight by causing stem cells to activate. So far I haven’t noticed a dramatic improvement but I wasn’t expecting instant results and I have been taking the capsules for less than 30 days. If in another sixty days I can dispense with my reading glasses I will be thinking of six or seven stars rather than three.
