The moment I received the product, the packaging is solid. The bottle is also feels durable. I put a cold water in the morning before went to work and i leave it outside of my fridge and when i came back at evening, the water is still cold like i just poured the cold water recently. This bottle is made in Japan is what makes me more convinced that the product will be very good and it is my best insulated bottle investment.

I own a few insulated bottle & mugs like Stanley, YETI, Hydro Flask, etc, but this is so far the best and most practical water bottle! 1. It keeps hot/cold temperature well for a long time. 2. Easy to drink from bottle, and actually feels like drinking from a well ergonomic designed cup, no spill. 3. Easy to clean. It has 3 parts: bottle 1pc + 2pcs of lid. I think this is easier to clean than other brands I have. 4. It close and lock well, no more fear that it will leak or spill out. 5. Fits in car cup holder, 6. I can put in my purse 7. Looks sleek and nice color +texture (mine is white 24oz). Japanese designes product is always well thought, well design, good quality!

Bought this to replace one I lost. I my opinion Zojirushi bottle are simply the best expensive but worth the money. Keeps drinks hot or cold better than any other bottles I’ve found so much so that I abandoned using mine as a travel cup as I had to wait a couple of hours for it to cool before I could drink my coffee! Love this new version with the stainless finish as scratches are the same colour so don’t detract for the look, Although the be fair the pained finish on my previous one stood up to a lot if abuse. Highly recommended I wil be buying another!

I purchased these for my wife and I for Christmas (I got the Navy one), seeing as our old tumblers were about 8 years old.We both are impressed with the thoughtful design & build quality. Cold water stays cold all day in these. The drinking stopper is brilliantly designed so as to not spill when you're drinking from it, unlike other brands. Impressive. For motoring, they Fit consoles in a 1994 S10 and 2006 Altima perfectly and stay put. I'm glad I did some serious shopping before purchasing instead of getting sucked-in to other overpriced options whose name I will not mention.It stays cold! But that stopper has one negative issue that I'm NOT happy with. One day I poured hot coffee in the bottle, took a drink or two, and then headed to town on some errands....forgetting the bottle. I only filled it to the level directed by the company, took a few drinks, put it down, and then later than day returned home (to still hot coffee).... and washed the unit, but sadly the rubber stopper absorbed the coffee flavor. Nothing like drinking ice cold water that's overshadowed with a coffee essence. Not my bag, YUCK. I know the company has some cleaner for these things....but seems to be unobtainable on Amazon. What I did was wash out the mug and stopped with some warm water and 7th gen dish detergent; but the stopper still smelled and tainted the fresh water.Next step was to rub the stopper with some white vinegar and, while not completely eradicated, the coffee essence is much subdued. maybe I'll try soaking the stopper in white vinegar overnight. If the company is reading this I'd be happy for some assistance. The tumbler itself cleaned beautifully and does not whatsoever retain a coffee flavor & odor. Only the rubber(?) stopper mouth that's removable for cleaning. If we can conquer this issue, I'd give it 5 solid stars. So far no leaks whatsoever. Zojirushi makes a fantastic product that only needs one adjustment as I've already outlined.
