REVLONColorStay Exactify Liquid Liner, Sparkling Black

I'm a huge Revlon fan but this product is a dud. The concept was good however it is very watery with not much pigment. You have to apply it several times with multiple coats to make it at all visible. I purchased it in two different colors and they both apply the same ineffective way so it's not the color but the formulation that's the problem. I did not have trouble with the roller or with having a steady hand. I am however happy with their Colorstay liquid eyeliner that has a thin precise brush.

As a fine artist I do not have problems with tiny brushes, therefore preferring that method, so i was a bit leery of the wheel thingy. but i really wanted a copper color to help make my copper like brown eyes pop and appear slightly larger so i ordered this. first off the color is a perfect copper color and achieves just what i had hoped, but given the choice though id prefer a tad less "metallic" shine but that's just me. now for the wheel thing- wow omg im shocked at how easy and uniform it is to use!!!!!!! i start from the outer eye line and move inwards and its holy moly pretty perfect and barley noticeable by blending right into my eyelash line (im not a fan of putting anything on my water line because of contacts and colorful eye goobers:)). anyway, give it a go and you might be surprised like i am. in fact im buying another in black to blend in the with copper to mute the metallic a bit.

I reeeeally wanted to love this eyeliner. I have used a liquid liner for years, so I’m pretty comfortable with the steady hand that is required for this type of liner. However, the roller on this liner goes in the direction that it wants to. You don’t have very much control once it gets going. The line is also VERY thin, which makes it difficult to try to pick up where you left off. I do think that if you can get a technique down, it would probably be beautiful!

Ordering this seemed like a great idea because of the little roller-type applicator; I would have thought it would provide a delicate line that would go on smoothly in one stroke. That is not the case. The applicator does not roll on anything, and whatever bit of line that does appear is more watery looking than colorful. It is a complete waste of money in my opinion - I can't get anything out of it. It is not a crushing disappointment, but it is highly irritating.

Unfortunately, this eyeliner is a horrible waste of money. The very weird end to the brush on this eyeliner does nothing to help apply it. And the color is faded and barely visible. (You will understand what I am saying if you will first, try it on a piece of paper.) As a result, you might as well go without it. I was so excited about the vibrant color I thought that I would receive. Thumbs down on this eyeliner.

Are you kidding Me 🙁. I unpacked the eye liner. Did test how much product would come out. Great now I went to apply the eyeliner and looked down at my hand. It was ALL BLACK 😩. It leaked all over. Needless to say in the trash 🗑 I dumped the eyeliner. What a waste. Do I want a replacement oh no thank you. H

Someone finally developed a product that is light enough for white-haired people and blonds, so we don't end up looking CHEAP, if you know what I mean. It's dark enough to look dramatic and beautiful, but not harsh. And the applicator is sheer genius! It's a tiny wheel that rolls over your eyelid without skipping over wrinkles, yes wrinkles. So I get a solid line rather than skips. FABULOUS! I will never use anything else ever again! I sure hope they don't quit making it. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PRODUCT !!!

The color is so light you can’t see it. Harder to apply than it seems. Won’t purchase again, and probably will never use.

If you have any wrinkles or droopy lids, this is the miracle eyeliner you have been waiting for. It lasts up to 24 hours and nothing else does even though they say it does. The main thing is that it doesn't smudge that whole time either and it is basically like a fast drying colored glue. It's amazing!

Truly awful applicator that spreads the line unevenly. Whoever designed this applicator is in the wrong profession! (The color is great though--- just wish I could apply it to my eyelids!!)

Not satisfied switching back to my old liner. It is sparkly however!

Exactly as described! Prompt communication from seller for delivery expectation but it arrived pretty quick
