All I really wanted was a black band to replace the one I had. I didn't want an orange, white or blue one. Just black. So I finally had to buy a blue one. it works, but still would prefer a black one. Send a message to the company and haven't heard back. Love product. Just want a black band to replace original.

I have purchased several of these. One got the face scratched, one got wet and stopped working, and one was lost. They don't tell you that the KoreHealth app which is required to use the device used to be FREE but now they want $ 19.99 a month for the app ! I REFUSE to pay that ! I am tempted to take a sledge hammer to it and send it to them and tell them to use it as a suppositoty ! I have already ordered a similar fitness tracker from a different manufacturer.

Watch band is more sturdy then the original one and it’s easy to fasten.
