I purchased this fan a month ago, and so far, it has been working perfectly. The airflow is strong, and it effectively cools the room even during hot days. The media could not be loaded. Received the product one day before the committed date. The fan is easy to install as it does not have a capacitor and Regulator. The fan operation is smooth. In B Mode, the speed is too good mainly for summer..

The fan is very attractive and powerful it has 5 and boost power in remote it is the best fan ever i had its weight is normal it is valu for mony and size is better performance is also nice value for money

I bought "Atomberg Efficio 1200mm BLDC Motor 5 Star Rated Ceiling Fan with Remote Control and 2+1 warranty" on 16th July and the product got delivered on 20th July. Got it installed (easy part) from a local electrician and made sure that the fan is not connected to the fan regulator. Few days later fan stopped working. Called Atomberg support and they promised help in 24-48 hours with a warning to charge Rs. 250 if the fan is found connected to regulator. Until 2 days later no one showed up. Had to call again several times and then someone showed up after 5 days and repaired it. In the meantime, I enquired from the local electrician who had installed the fan and he said that since it was a BLDC fan he cannot help repair it. When I enquired from Atomberg technician why new fan suddenly stopped working, I was told that it is a machine some part might have gone bad....I have replaced it and now it will work fine.After few weeks fan stopped working again. This time technician said there is something wrong with this piece and got the fan replaced. Couple of months later fan stopped working again and this time technician had to replace the PCB of the fan. In the last 6 months with this fan, fan has stopped working 4 times and it has taken more than 5-6 calls (nightmare) each time on an average to get some Atomberg techician to repair it. I even got to know that Atomberg Efficio and Renesa are their top models but still there are lot of issues with them.PROS1. Comes with 2+1 year warranty. Additional 1 year is given only when the customer gets the fan registered within a stipulated time frame.2. 5 star rated, therefore less electricity bill as claimed by the company. I think I fell for this gimmick as my usage is close to 12-14 hours a day. But I didn't see any significant change in my electricity bill over the last 6 months of using it. Fans do not consume lot of electricity compared to ACs, geysers etc therefore one shud never buy a fan with the intention of saving electricity (something learnt here)CONS1. BLDC technology is pretty new. Therefore not stable yet.2. Lot of issues in the last 6 months. Very difficult to sleep at night with fan not working and technician taking 5-6 days to arrive.3. Local electricians cannot repair them as the replacement parts are only available through Atomberg. So you are stuck here and at the mercy of Atomberg.4. Lot of time wasted with customer support calls5. Comes with a remote which is very easy to misplace. If remote gets lost or stops working one cannot change fan speed. Getting a replacement remote is time consuming and generic remotes are not supported yet. They are coming up with app based remotes. Again, not a big fan of putting too much technology in a simple thing like fan.6. Regulator is not supported atleast with my Efficio model. Not sure if they will come up with something in the future. It is always good to have regulator to control fan speed.7. Customer will have to replace the fan after the warranty gets over. Replacement parts/repairs are very costly. PCB part which went bad within 4-5 months of purchase costs 50% of the price of the fan. Imagine if it were to go bad after warranty period. By buying newer company fans which can be serviced only by the company technician customer gets tied to the ecosystem of the company and becomes a constant subscriber to the related costs. Overcomplication of simple things like fan in the name of technology is a nightmare which I would prefer to avoid in future purchases after learning from this episode.8. Atomberg service is slow and unreliable. Unless you really get behind them do not expect any timely delivery of promised service.SummaryOld is gold. Stick with old technology fans yet which work flawlessly for years and can be repaired by any local technician. Cost savings with newer technology based fans is not substantial enough to invite the hassles which come along with it.

I already have another Atomberg fan running well for the last few years. I was tempted to go with another brand this time, but in the end chose to "play it safe" and go with Atomberg again. I am not disappointed.This fan has very slightly better quality than the "Gorilla Efficio" from 2019 from this very brand (yet costs a little less). Packaging has improved (which was seriously needed), and build quality is also just a notch up. Remote has better looks, in contrast to previous generation Atombergs where it seems like an afterthought.I am happy except one minor niggle. On attempt to manually rotate the assembly while cusorily inspecting the fan before installation, I felt, the ball-bearing had a little "feel" to it. It didn't just glide with a slightest push. Apart from that, it also has an apparent slower speed, yet higher air delivery. Which is kind of counter-intuitive but true. Previous fan rotates fast, genrates quite a bit of air turbulence (and noise) yet doesn't move as much air as this one does at a slower rotation rate (and lower turbulence noise). I guess something to do with improved blade design?I usually prefer "Brilliant White" for fans. But chose "Gloss Black" this time. And I am not disappointed. It's not as charming as wihte fans are, but then, cleanning effort required in white fans! Those who own know how it feels. Sooo, that's that.I'll save one star because of "not so smooth" ball-bearing. Otherwise a solid buy.Will try to upload a few pics later.
