I recently purchased this countertop ice maker, and I'm absolutely thrilled with it! This machine produces ice quickly and efficiently, making it perfect for parties or everyday use. The compact design fits easily on my countertop, and it's super simple to operate. Just fill it up with water and press the button! What really stands out is the value for the price. For such an affordable appliance, the performance is outstanding. It makes perfectly shape ice in about 6 to 8 minutes, and I love that I can enjoy ice cold drinks whenever I want. It's quiet, durable and matches my other appliances. Overall, the Zafo ice maker is a fantastic investment. It combines convenience, quality, and great value, making it a must-have for any home. Highly recommend!

This little countertop unit is awesome. It spits out ice within the time stated in the description. You have to wait for the second round I. Order to get solid chunks as the first freeze takes awhile.I also transfer to the freezer once the basket is half full in order to keep the unit working. By doing this, the ice still slightly melts in the freezer so you’ll more than likely have to break it up a bit when you go to fill your cup. This unit has not had any issues in the 3 months I have been using it consistently.The display is pretty simple, you will have to tinker with it a bit to understand but it works great.

It makes ice very fast, very small ice bin, ideal for the application i am using it for.

My first thought there's no way this thing is making that much Ice... Wow was I wrong!! It doesn't seem like it would make that much ice because of where the fill line is, it keeps making ice for hours!!! My only complaint is... I wish the ice wasn't so soft. However once you place it in the freezer it fixes the issues & get yourself a good size Ice Cube container.

This is my second time writing this review I originally gave it a low rating because the water stops making ice even if it’s still filled there’s a burning plastic smell I got a email from the seller stating they would provide a full refund.. and I accepted however two different advisors would reply back asking a ton of questions including expecting me to prove there’s a plastic smell in a photo? Don’t even know how that’s possible then the girl replies with she’ll finally provide me with a full refund and hopes it adjusts my attitude? Clearly she’s having a bad day because I don’t know how you expect a customer to provide proof of a smell. I did screenshot it and added it to the review previously magically my review is taken down and I still don’t have a refund and now I have an ice maker that doesn’t work .. this is the worst company ever

I absolutely love this ice maker it works great and is so easy to use I won't ever be with that one

While it does make nice looking ice initially, for some reason before you can actually get to it, it cycles all of the water through the reservoir again and if it's more than half way full it will release the ice into the little basket which is now submerged, where it will sit for a few seconds as the freezing tray fills back up. This causes it to melt a little bit. Once the reservoir is at about half it doesn't fill up enough to submerge the basket, so I think next time I will only fill it that full. The storage area is insulated like an igloo cooler kind of, it's not refrigerated and that's probably on me for not realizing but I've never owned an ice maker before so maybe some of my disappointment with this product is caused by that.On the positive side this thing is very quiet and a nice size. It is small enough to probably fit on the counter in the RV which could come in handy. It does make a batch of ice every 9 minutes as it claims. It requires babysitting if you are trying to make a stockpile of ice for your freezer because the basket is pretty small.If you are making a stockpile I suggest using a big bag to store it all in so that you can break it up as it will stick together in the freezerBut ultimately I would tell most people looking to get one to save their money and splurge on a better one because this leaves a lot to be desired. If you have a small hotel style fridge with no room for ice trays this is great and again I do see this being very useful for RV trips.

It is easy to use and puts out quite a bit of ice. It's great when throwing a party.
