Better than expected
The strap was lovely and all of the tools and instructions were there. Much nicer than expected.

Not what I expected
I was looking for an alternative to the silicone straps that are everywhere so thought I'd try this one. It's quite a heavy strap, chunky & not a very elegant strap for a ladies watch.Had to return it as the squeeze clasp was faulty so it kept coming undone without me even touching it.Also found that the strap marked quite easily. I work at a desk so where it touched on the surface it marked quite easily.

Fiddly and utterly useless
I bought this to replace my daughter's Lily strap that she'd inexplicably become allergic to (it stripped the skin off her wrist). I successfully removed links and attached one side of this strap only to find the spindle wouldn't fit through one of the attachment holes in the strap. No matter what I did, on the watch or off it, this hole defeated me. Not to mention being too small, this hole was also misaligned. Lesson learned, check everything before embarking on a fiddly, annoying job! Returned.
