OUTSTANDING RO system!!!
I purchased this RO system on sale after my AO smith system failed for the third time. I was shocked when I received the Slevoo system. It screams quality when you take it out of the box. It is incredibly solid with a premium feel of the plastic housing that high priced RO systems don’t even have. Cheaper RO systems don’t have the premium features that this Slevoo system has.Slevoo is NSF/ANSI 58 Certified where others are third party.7 stage filter, others 5 stage or lowerStatus lights telling you when to change the filters which is a big plus.Simple front panel filter changes where I used to have to reach deep into the cabinet to change old system. No storage tank, another plusYes, you need an outlet. But you get so many pros with this system being powered. Higher pressure water output due to the pump. The pump backwashes the RO filter for longevity. Status lights for filter life. No longer do you have to guess or but a tds meter to gauge filter life.If you have an outlet, it literally is a 10 minute install with outstanding instructions and a clear video in the description page on Amazon. For the money, Slevoo is an outstanding value for a tankless RO system compared to more expensive systems. This manufacturer deserves credit!

Pretty nice
Although the hardness is still a little high (fish tank use)

No water
The media could not be loaded. I spent 4 hours putting everything together correctly. The system turned on, seemed to flush. No water from the tap. I've gone through the instructions time and again and can't find the problem.Edit: it seems that the faucet is not getting power, although it is correctly plugged in and then power cord is undamaged. A light should be lit at the base of the handle. I have been requesting a replacement from the company for a couple of weeks and have been shuffled around to multiple different people over phone and email without a resolution, yet. Will update if I get this fixed. The instructions also gave info out of order. It was incredibly difficult to pull the pipe plugs off the rear of the unit. They don't tell you how to do it correctly (which also doesn't work) until the end of the booklet. I think I wasted a Sunday afternoon and some money. I called and left a message with tech support and am waiting on an answer.

Easy install
I installed this system over a year ago and I have had no problems whatsoever with the system. It takes up a small footprint under the sink and has lights on the front to tell you when to change the filters. The water spout mounted on the top of the sink also lights up blue to indicate that the water is filtered properly. There is a definite improvement in the taste of the water and just knowing that the impurities have been filtered out is comforting. I also use the filtered water to add to my fish tank which keeps the proper ph balance. I highly recommend this system.

Good if you have the right setup
So I picked this up to have an RO system for my ice machine as I have another RO system for my sink and really like the water quality. There are so pro's to this system vs. a traditional RO system and some cons.Let's get through the cons first and then talk about the positives.1.) This system requires an outlet, if you got a dish washer next to your sink odds are good you have an outlet available but if you don't have one you will need to put an outlet under your sink and depending on your skill level this could not be a big deal or an expensive deal if you have to hire out an electrician. My regular 7 stage RO system for my sink uses the pressure of the water and doesn't need power.2.) This system uses proprietary filters, so you have to always buy from this company and hope they stay in business because you are dependent on them for new filters. Because they are proprietary, they are also more expensive than other RO systems that use standard 7 stage filters.Ok so let's get into the pros of this system.1.) Changing the filters is extremely fast and very easy as they are twist and remove vs. my regular RO system which has 7 separate filters. You also don't need to turn off any valves like i do with my other system as my RO uses a pressure tank to store the water it has processed.2,) It's a lot more compact because it's a single unit vs. my RO system which I have a large tank to store the processed water and the large filter stack containing a bunch of filters, so this is much easier to store under a sink and takes up way less space. In regard to water quality compared to my tradition RO I could not taste a difference between the two and neither could anyone in my family which is great. So overall this RO system is best for someone who has an outlet available and wants a super easy all in one solution. For people like me I still like my regular RO system more because it doesn't require power, the filters are easy to come by because it uses standard RO filters and they are a lot cheaper overtime compared to this system. I also like how I don't need to worry about if this company will still be around when the time comes to change the filters. As this is on my ice machine and that is not used as much as my sink I'm good with the compromises you need to make with this.
