Personally the cage was too big for me and I'm pretty sure I got the small. Whatever that says about me. But two of the ball rings had cuts where the pins are supposed to be so they wouldn't work. There were no clear instructions anywhere. The bag had some instructions on it but they didn't make any sense and the pictures on Amazon aren't of the same device so they didn't help either I ended up returning it because it was broken. Luckily I'm getting a refund because apparently this is a non-returnable item for some reason I've returned other cages before for a similar reasons but if this is the cage you're looking for back out buddy I don't think it's the right one for you

First off, this is not stainless. It is (chrome?) plated. This became obvious when the plating flaked off at an obvious spot, revealing a yellower base metal.Next, the three slotted holes on either side of the cage are stamped, leaving rough edges on the inside. Even after filing these smooth, they are so close together that if your cock swells they feel sharp.The biggest problem is that while the ring is smooth and obviously well rounded, the edges of the plates that complete the ring are squared off. Wearing the device for two days caused a sore that took a week to heal. Even after grinding these down to round off the edges, 24 hours is the most I could wear it without significant pain. And that pain was not from getting aroused. Perhaps a larger ring would help, but I have worn a plain ring of the same diameter for an extended time without issues.Other than the problems above, it was an interesting experience. I liked that the head is totally covered, allowing no stimulation.

Seems to work ok, been wearing it for a few days now. It was tricky to figure out because the directions on the package are garbage, and the directions in this listing are for a different device. I still don't know what the little wire gadgets are for that came with it. Maybe locks, but they appear to already be engaged? Idk. Comfortable as heck though. Even for my little guy!

So it just arrived today, I open it up, and it’s missing the cage part??? It has all the rings and stuff but the main cage is just completely missing. Everything else works as expected but how do you even?

I kept it and threw it away. The silicone cages are not worth it. You can take them off. Also, the opening gives away and even if you could not take it off it is possible to have an erection as the pee opening stretches and gives away a lot.

Picture shows 3 rings. Only came with one and it was mis shapen. Don't trust these just because they are cheap
