I don't know how you would rate a products absorbency, but I can say that it takes as good as fruit candy. I know low carb, low sugar gummy candies that taste like garbage but have the nerve to call themselves candies; literally exchanging a pleasing flavor for fiber. That is a bad exchange in my opinion.The product is a supplement and not a candy so I can't enjoy eating it at my leisure. But taking my daily serving is pleasant as it have a great taste while actually being good for you.I don't suffer from muscle cramps but my younger brother does. He said he suffers from cramps on a near daily basis. So I let him give this product a try. He have been taking it for over a week now and said since using this product he haven't experience muscle cramps and found that he is actually sleeping better as well. That sold me on this product even though I don't experience cramps. I can't say I've noticed much of a difference since using it, perhaps less knee pains. But I can't say for sure because I started doing exercises to strengthen my knees around the same time I started using this product. I have been sleeping deeper but I don't know if that is placebo because it is not an advertised benefit of this product; but after doing some research I found magnesium is a natural sleep remedy. This is a plus for me to continue using this product but I may have to use it sparingly as I don't want to overdose on it if I'm not deficient.

I don't care to take large pills, and the majority of the potassium pills were large. These gummies taste good and make my routine easier.

I personally get really bad muscle cramps from working out, so I was looking for a supplement of potassium because I was tired of eating bananas every day. This product was exactly what I was looking for the taste of basin would definitely recommend and buy again.

I can't really say these have helped my joints any, but they haven't hurt.

The vitamins have been amazing. My daughter plays competitive soccer and it has been extremely hot so we definitely see the difference when she takes these. I’ve actually started taking them also and really see a difference.
