Update: 12 October 2022Have had no issues since a new replacement mat was attached. Have changed overall rating from 3/5 to 5/5. It has started to squeak but compared to others I have had, it is not too noisy.Ok, so it was tricky to assemble but with help from my son and with the rebounder standing up against a wall, we managed it. I can only give it 2/10 for assembly - it was hard! I have always used a PT Supertramp springs rebounder but wanted to try bungees and I have to say, the bounce is so much better and less stressful on my feet and ankles with the bungee, so 10/10 for the bounce. I have used it for the last two weeks and unfortunately, 2 of the bungee ropes snapped off the loops on the bouncing mat at the weekend. Very surprising as I only bounce gently. I have contacted the seller today and I will let you know what happens.Assembly 2/10Bounce 10/10Value for Money 0/10 (only lasted 2 weeks use)Sturdiness 0/10 (2 weeks before issues)Customer Service: 10/10 due to prompt replies to emails and next day despatch of a new jumping mat.UPDATE: Customer service were very quick to respond. Below is the review I submitted previously. Gielmiy were very impressive and replaced the mat very quickly. All was well until today when, yet again, one of the "springs" snapped and I have noticed 2 others are about to break as well. Really not a happy bunny today!Was so impressed with this trampoline but it is already falling apart after only 6 months. Was so pleased when it arrived as had previously had a really cheap trampoline which lasted a couple of years. This one seemed so robust and firm. I use it 5 days a week for 40 odd minutes and am of average weight and height so am incredibly disappointed when the first support snapped the other day. Am now waiting for others to break. Can't find any contact details to get in touch with the seller either. Not a happy bunny!

Arrived fast. All parts included in the box. 1 spare bungee cord, plus a 'tool' for attaching the rubber bungees. The instructions were a bit unclear, so we googled for a video and found one. Getting started was easy, assemble the hoop and the first few bungees, but then it was really difficult to finish the setup! It took 3 of us... OK I was 'supervising' the other 2 lol! Felt like a 2-person job and one person needs to be pretty strong to pull the cords through. It took about 30 mins to assemble, once we got going.Result: brilliant! It is steady on its rubber feet. Does not make any noise when you jump. Feels like a quality product. It is about 1m across, so check you have space because it does not fold. The legs do not fold but you can screw them easily on and off. There are 6 of them, you don't want to do this every day, but could easily do this if you needed the space and wanted to slide the main part under a bed.

Wet happy with my Gielmiy trampoline! I had been borrowing a friends old trampoline and decided I needed a decent one! Not having a big budget this one for the bill perfectly. It arrived quickly and I set about assembling it. I am not going to say it was easy, but it was doable once I got a good system going of pulling the stretchy cord around the frame. It took a little time to do but I managed it by myself (I am a reasonably fit lady in her mid fifties!)The next morning I eagerly tried out my new trampoline whilst watching my class on YouTube, and I wasn’t disappointed. It is a joy to use, nice and quiet and sturdy. I have had it for a few weeks now and I am still a very happy customer. I will just say that from time to time I have to tighten a couple of the legs but I always check this before I start my bounce fit routine.

Once assembled this is great to use and has just the right amount of bounce/spring and the price was reasonable as well. I found the instructions a bit difficult to follow as they had obviously been translated but the instructions did include photos as well which made it easier to understand. I’ll admit that it was hard work to put it together (as somebody else has said it was a workout to assemble it) and I left it for a week because I found it too difficult. However, I tried it again and realised that the technique is crucial and it did say in the instructions that you need to squat when assembling it! I’m quite strong but I found it difficult to do but I guess this shows that the bungees are at the correct tension.

Just 3 months in and 3 support straps have snapped. A 13 year old using the trampoline is not of heavy build and not overly using either. Now useless

Having used cheap high street, spring trampolines (which are noisy and the springs shear after a couple of years use) for the last 20 years I decided to invest in a more robust one. I did look at more expensive ones but decided to purchase this one. I have to say it’s absolutely brilliant. There’s no support bar, but I didn’t want one, it’s not noisy and gives you a far better workout than the cheaper spring versions. In conclusion I wish I had purchased this one years ago. Far better than any other piece of home exercise equipment I have owned and easier to store without a bar.

It is very quiet indeed! Excellent, exactly what I was hoping for!If your family is watching TV they won't be distrub if using the trampoline in the same room, at the same time. Very good if you live in flats!I am 5' 2" (female), overweight and unfit now especially since COVID and product was relatively straight forward to put together. Worked up a bit of a sweat admittedly and it took me approx 2 hrs to put it together from opening the box to completion with zero accidents or injuries.It's sturdy and looks good, I am really pleased with the product.
