- The hams are processed following the traditional methods that have been used for generations by the Master Ham makers in Salamanca and then dry cured for 24 months.
- This product gets wrapped in greaseproof paper and then inserted into a cotton bag and all this inside a special box, designed for our hams.
- These products do not need any special storage for it to keep perfectly. It can be kept at room temperature.
Product description Obtained from the front legs of our pure Iberian pigs. Iberian ham shoulders (paletas) are prized both for their smooth texture and rich, savory taste. A good Iberian paleta has regular flecks of intramuscular fat (marbling). The paletas are processed following the traditional methods that have been used for generations by the Master Ham makers in Salamanca and then dry cured for 24 months.
