Bad item description (READ BEFORE PURCHASE)
I ordered two sets of these. The description and photo shows 2 wheels with brakes/swivel lock and 2 wheels without. Both packages I received have locks on all four wheels. I have a wood/metal shop. I had to heavily modify these to work for my application or I would have asked for a refund. It also fails to mention that the lever locks the swivel as well as the brake.

Defective part caution on purchase
One caster came without the race to retain the bearing. Would not recommend
