Wish I'd bought it sooner!
I love this coffee machine (3300 series), it was really easy and quick to set up. The LatteGo system works well and produces hot frothy milk really quickly.I had a few disappointments when I first started to use the machine but, I soon found out that it has so many settings over and above the settings on the screen, which soon overcame my disappointment. Most of these changes need to be made with the machine switched off. I would advise downloading the full user manual from the website, there is a QR code in with the quick start manual. There isn't an onscreen button to change the drink temperature, but this can be altered with a few button presses. The coffee wasn't initially very strong but the grind settings can be altered, there is an adjusting wheel in the coffee bean hopper, just turn anti-clockwise to go stronger (finer grinds) or clockwise to go weaker (more coarse grinds). The standby time can be customised to stay on for 15, 30, 60 or 180 minutes, this has to be done when the machine is off.Initially the amount of drink dispensed on the highest setting wasn't enough to fill my cup, but the highest amount can be altered for each drink, you have to enter program mode whilst the machine is off to do this, the instructions explain this and other features very well in the full instruction manual. With a 2-year warranty I look forward to many great cups of coffee.

Lovely Coffee Machine
We bought this to replace an ageing coffee machine of the coffee pod variety, finally deciding to bite the bullet and step up a notch. We are certainly not disappointed with the decision, finding it somewhat cheaper to run (buying beans rather than pods) and far better for the environment. It is super-easy to use and can produce really nice coffee - espresso, lungo and full coffee sizes are just a single button press away. The range of strengths is nice and it's super-easy to use ground coffee if someone in the house has a preference other than the current bean selection. The milk frother, as well, is super-easy to use and very simple to clean. One thing of note is that you really do benefit from heading to youtube and finding the maintenance video there as it makes the maintenance instructions a lot clearer. There is rather more maintenance to do than the simpler coffee pod machine we used to own but I am hoping that means that this machine will have a longer lifespan.

Brilliant Coffee Machine
We purchased this to replace our John Lewis own-brand espresso machine, which refused to pump any milk through, and was a very basic machine. We were slightly hesitant about getting a machine with a steam arm, as we are not skilled baristas. That said, it is incredibly simple to use. We don't know whether we have made a cappuccino, latte or flat white, however it is is a nice, frothy coffee. And the drinks are piping hot from it.The functionality is good. You can make espressos or longer coffees. For each of these, you can choose whether to make one or two simultaneously. You also can choose the strength and the size of the drink, which it remembers even after the machine has been unplugged. The bean storage is a good size, once filled it lasts a reasonable amount of time. You can adjust the fineness of the grind inside the bean storage as well, allowing for a finer or coarser grind in your drink. That said, given that it's inside the machine, it is more challenging to change this when full of coffee beans. There is a separate compartment (and measuring spoon) for using ground coffee, rather than beans. This is helpful when someone has a particular coffee preference. All waste is stored inside the machine in a little box. Everything is easy to clean, and the booklet contains clear guidance on how often to clean and lubricate the machine.All-in-all, a good coffee machine, especially for the money.

Good Coffee Machine
I read the reviews for this before buying, so to address some of the negatives,1. Water tank - not massive but it does the job2. Coffee strength - agreed, single expresso shot in a cup isn’t as strong as the same amount of coffee from a more traditional expresso maker, but the work around, select double expresso and use a smaller cup selection (you can set cup size), yes you use twice as much coffee, but when you get your head back on you’ll either accept or compromise. What’s to like - you can set expresso or regular coffee cup. You can set cup size. You can select single or double drink. Cleaning up the grounds is so simple it’s untrue. Looks good on the counter. Can select grind level or use pre-ground coffee. What’s to dislike - the clean cycle, every time you power up the machine it does a clean cycle, wastes water, but you can live with it. No warning “out of coffee beans”, but you can live with it. Waste coffee alert seems to be a timer/counter rather than a sensor, so expect alerts to an empty waste coffee container on occasion.Overall, A very good price for a bean to cup coffee machine that seems to do the job. Only had it for two weeks so let’s see how reliable it is long term.
