Easy to replace original. Hardware fit perfectly. Just two or three of the small wood screw holes weren’t exactly where mine were, but I imagine that’s always the case and it was easy to deal with.

The white pearloid guard that originally came on the guitar was fine, but this one looks so much better. It really brought out the grain of the wood. Excellent purchase and easy upgrade.

Fits perfectly

I had two issues with this pickguard which was an attempt to replace a damaged one on a Squier CV70s Thinline Tele. First of all what I ordered was described as a 4 ply aged white, but it is actually 3 ply only. Cosmetic but an inaccurate description all the same.More importantly, when I took it out of the packaging and laid it over the top of the existing guard to see if it would fit before cutting off strings, disassembling my prior guard, etc, the bridge pickup hole cutout was about 1/8" too wide towards the low E side. This would have made the pickup alignment off at best, or possibly not even a fit at all. So this is an instant return and I will look elsewhere for a solution, unfortunately.
