They work well. They gave just enough extra width on my bras that it kept me from throwing them away. I had gained weight and couldn't wear them anymore. A cheap but good quality item.bThey are very comfortable as well.

I really love them and I left them permanently in my bra and it’s so much more comfortable. Very good quality. It’s been working out really nicely.

Wish I bought these a lot sooner

I’ve got scoliosis and I think 2 different cup sizes? This was an attempt at getting a bra to fit.Great idea, didn’t work for my situation.
