I returned it
My grandson is 3 and I thought he would tear this up in no time, as well as get bored with it.

Pieces are hard to pull out once placed.
This is a fun game. I wish it remembered what level you left off on instead of having to push the up and down button to get back there. The pieces are hard to pull back off once you put them in place, they have a small plastic piece on top to hold onto and I feel like that might easy break eventually.

Great Once You Figure Out the Instructions
I like that it has a carrying bag and comes with a little Phillips screw driver for the battery compartment. However, at first I could not get the battery compartment open. I turned it upside down and very gently used the screwdriver (and gravity) and the screw finally came out. The instructions and menus could be much more user friendly. However, once I figured out how to get to the game where you follow the light pattern and get a little chime song reward when completed, it was a blast. My 3 year old really enjoyed matching the puzzle to the lights and getting the reward chime when he was successful.

We love puzzles and our son loves electronics
This is a perfect blend of both. The instructions were a bit confusing at first but once we figured it out he's moved through several of the puzzles already. We keep it in the car specifically for those times when he might get bored while we are out and about. It helps with problem solving solving, critical thinking, and motir skills. Great value for the money.

Great puzzle game for older kids
The media could not be loaded. This is a super fun game for kids who enjoy logic games, brain teasers or puzzle games. My children are 7 to 10 and all were able to figure this game out. I would not recommend for most kids under age 6 because I could see them getting frustrated, in addition some pieces are extremely small and could be a choking risk for toddlers/preschoolers.It takes 3 AAA batteries, and there is a super handy, little screwdriver included for opening/closing that compartment. I had a little difficulty getting the cover off the compartment, but with the help of gravity, the screw came out and I was then easily able to remove the cover. The carrying case it comes with makes it super convenient to bring this game in the car, to appointments, to restaurants, etc.The pieces are a little sticky at first, but the more we use them the less sticky they are. Sometimes, as you can see in the video, the pieces need a little extra push on the edges for all of the lights under the piece to register. The direction manual could be a bit more clear, but coming to the reviews was a big help with getting clear directions for changing to different game modes and using all the buttons. There are so many different puzzles and games, it will take years to get through all of them. I don’t see my kids getting bored with it anytime soon.I think this is a great little gadget game to get kids learning through play, without them even knowing it. This would make an excellent holiday or birthday gifts for boys or girls and could very easily be turned into a collaborative game for parents and children to play together, for some parent child bonding time.

Great for TBI, ADHD. I Asked How to Switch Modes, Here's the Answer
The media could not be loaded. I've experienced brain injury and this game is helping me strengthen my brain. I recommend the game as I think it's excellent workout for the brain, and fun, also. Here's how to switch modes. 1. Long press First Button to turn the game on. 2. Long press Second Button and as soon as it makes a 'bloop' sound, quick press Second Button again to switch modes. Keep quick pressing it until you get to the mode you want.In Mode 1 I made it, over the course of two days, up to Level 11. It takes me awhile to finish a level. I feel GREAT when everything slots together and I see where to put the blocks! I lay the blocks on the grid until I know that they will all fit. Once I have the solution, then I press each block down. I am finding that with more play time, either the blocks are growing less 'sticky' in going in and out, or my fingers are adapting to exactly how much pressure to use in pressing the blocks down and what kind of grip to use to pull them out. Also, I am seeing how to solve the puzzles sooner. Hurray for the plasticity of the brain!I love games and exercises that help me, in a fun way, retrain my brain. I am unsure of myself and have difficulties with so many things since the brain injury. I like to think that playing this game is helping me rebuild neurons. At the very least, it is helping me build my confidence. Also, the ADHD in me LOVES all the tactile-ness! Actual pegs to fit in and take out! Sounds! Lights! The satisfyingly chunky board itself!A note about the two pictures: in certain modes, the lights will flash if your peg is in the incorrect place and they will remain solid if it is in a correct position. Thus, if I place the two square long piece over two spaces and one is correct and the other is incorrect, one light under the piece will remain solid and the other will flash. What's interesting is that the solid/flashing happens based on the board feeling a piece on it. It doesn't care what shape that piece is. So, in the first picture the lights are all solid because the pegs are all in correct position. But the puzzle is not complete because the actual piece that should have been placed there is a larger piece that encompasses all of the are currently covered in Picture 1 and then some more. See how COMPLICATED that is?! Ha! I'm getting smarter just writing that all down for you to read! Imagine how much smarter we're all getting as we actually play the game! I love this game!
