Easy to use!
I am not a professional drywall finisher. I am a DIY'er. I have always used the paper tape in the past and I saw a sheet rock guy using this mesh tape and I thought I would give it a try. I really like for several reasons. 1. as long as your sheet rock is clean you can just stick this tape right onto the sheet rock without having to put mud on the wall first. 2. when I wipe the mud using paper tape my paper tape tends to slide on me. This tape with the self-adhesive tends to stay in place. 3. it allows me to apply the tape to all my joints then come back and start mudding, which I have found is a lot faster and easier. I think this mesh tape is stronger, but I dont' have any proof of that. The mesh is nice as the mud will adhere to it and the wall through the holes much easier than the paper tape I used. All and all I will be using mesh tape from now on.

plain and simple drywall joint tape
Theres nothing much to this product, Its joint tape. it seems to be of the same quality as all the opther drywall joint tape that I have used. currently I'm utilizing this joint tape in a bathroom remodel and it works exactly the same. i'm able to lay the mesh joint tape on the seams of the drywall panels, cut it and mud over it. the price is equal to all the competitors as well. Overall this product works as well as the competitors and prevents cracks that will show up if applied correctly.
