I liked the way it had a water bottle with a tube so u could run with it whilst drinking it. It was important to have this item especially when running a half marathon. It also had a whistle incase you got into trouble whilst running which is very helpful. It has one zip pocket to put stuff in.

Ideal for long or short runs. Very lightweight and comfortable, you hardly notice it’s there. Plenty of little storage pockets for anything you might need to take with you on a run/hike.

I’ve washed out the water bottle so many times and i still can’t get it to not affect the taste of the water massively. i’ve had to stop taking the water bottle with me on runs as the taste made me feel ill.The vest itself however is excellent apart from the fact it could do with a little clip for keys within one of the pockets.

Water bottle strap broke after 2 uses and water from the bottle tastes horrible, can’t get rid off the plastic taste.However comfy and useful.

Use it for trail runs and training in the summer. Store everything in it as it is so lightweight. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a good Hydration backpack with a 1.5L water bladder bag.The whole backpack, with multiple pockets, is able to carry up to 5 litres of stuff, which is more than enough space for your phone, a waterproof jacket, and a couple of energy gels or snacks.The backpack feels comfortable on, even with the bladder hooked and secured in place. I tried it on a few family members of different sizes and it fitted well on everyone, after adjusting all the straps. I’m particularly impressed with the fact the buckles can be both tightened and loosened and moved up and down for the perfect fit.When wearing it is cool on your back, but once you start walking /running/ cycling, it soon feels normal and hardly noticeable. On a hot day the water bladder could be used after chilling it in the fridge. It is warn close to your centre of gravity meaning it feels light, even with 1.5L of water in it, plus your hands are free.Filling the bladder is really easy and there is a sliding bar seal. It then hooks into it’s section on the back. There is a velcro strap and two hooks to hold it in place.A slightly larger bladder could be purchased and would fit in the generous water bladder pouch on this backpack.Drinking from it a little awkward at first, you have to bite gently and suck at the same time, but I think it’s something you have to get used to.There is a locking sleeve just below the mouth piece and this needs to be in the open position for drinking. There is a useful attached dust cap which protects the drinking nozzle. The tube is not restricting in any way, it is really flexible and can go from the the left or right, depending on your preference. I like the way that there is a clip on the front buckle strap to anchor the tube and it can be tucked into the loops on the shoulders. The designer has thought of everything.The bladder can be washed in warm soap water and the backpack is machine washable and quickly air drys.Overall this is an excellent hydration backpack, it’s comfortable, breathable, well made and designed.I can recommend it.

First time using one of these norally use a running belt which I find moves around and the drinks bottle swings from causing issues.The backpack has plenty of pockets for anything you need to be carrying with you and is fully adjustable with sliding straps and buckles. It can also be washed which is important if you are a sweaty betty like me!The liquid bladder fits in well and very securely - its snug against the body so it doesnt feel like you are carrying anything heavy. It's easy to drink from and can be used hands free - the top is a bite down top so you bite and suck on the tube to drink which can be done without having to use your hands.Additional safety features include reflective strips and a whistle.Good value, comfortable and a game changer for longer runs

Gourde de 500ml et non 5L comme on pourrait se laisser prendre

De drinkrugzak was dik ok. Alles in orde.Jammer genoeg zat er geen drinkfles bij van 500ml die er normaal wel zou moeten bij zitten.

Pratico, è come lo immaginavo, identico alle foto. Ideale per correre o andare in bicicletta, aderisce bene al corpo, non dà fastidio per niente. Approvato!

Sac parfait !

Die Laufweste ist super, reicht für lange Strecken ab 20 km aufwärts vollkommen aus .. man kann hinten in die Tasche noch eine Flasche 500 ml und Riegel oder ähnliches reinmachen. Vorne seitlich passen die 250 ml Flaschen rein bzw auch eine 500 ml und eine 250 ml 👌
