I've been taking biotin supplements (various brands) regularly for a few months as my nails were breaking and peeling a lot, so I added a biotin supplement to try to strengthen them. It really seems to help.Things I like about these Your Health Co biotin tablets:- Tablets are small and smooth - very easy to swallow (I usually prefer capsules over tablets for ease of swallowing but these are no problem at al)- Addition of Zinc and Selenium (though the Selenium dose is quite low)- Manufactured in the UK- Vegan friendlyNot so good things (but nothing major!):- Selenium can be quite pongy! These only contain quite a low dose so it's not too bad, but there is a slight smell to the tablets. It's not a problem for me and I don't think it will be a big issue for most people but, if you are particularly sensitive to smells and need your supplements to be completely odour-free, these may not be your first choice.- The supplements are described as high strength, but they are lower strength than others I have taken (these ones are 500mcg, others have been 5000mcg or even 10000mcg. Perhaps 500mcg is still an effective/high dose and that higher strength ones are unnecessarily high, I'm not too sure, so this strength could be totally adequate. But, considering these are not super high strength and that there are only 30 in the pot (a month's supply) these are a bit on the pricey side. Though they do have a decent daily dose of zinc and a low-ish dose of Selenium, so you could save some money potentially if you are currently buying all these three supplements separately at these kinds of doses.

My wife has developed very weak toe nails so I got these - great blend of ingredients all proven to help with skin, hair and nails. Ingredients seem to be good quality and in a good ratio. Tablets don't have a bad flavour and are easy to swallow, well packaged. Good product.

These supplements cost 7.99 for a 30 day supply, meaning it costs 95.88 to take these all year round. This for me is quite expensive, I don't think I could afford to do that for just 1 kind of supplement.The tablets themselves are also very big, meaning they are quite hard to swallow. They look like a suppository 😂 not great! No taste though, which is good.They do work great, I have endo and gallstones and they've been helping control some of the cramping. I've not had another gallstone flare up since, but that could be coincidence or down to changes in diet. I will continue using them though, just in case.I don't think I will continue getting them because they are quite expensive, but they are good supplements. Had to drop 2 stars just due to price and the size of them making it hard to swallow.

There's not a lot there over the counter that can help reverse male pattern baldness, but with prescription medicines this is a great adjunct. It has all the relevant ingredients packaged into an easy to swallow pill. £9.99 for 30 days supply is reasonable enough considering the price of other vitamins and supplements for other needs.

I have been taking the pills, it may be a bit early to judge them, but will update my review. Generally, I love the fact that they are not big, and so easy to swallow for someone who hates big ones like me.

As with any vitamin / supplement, it takes continues and regular to use to see / feel any benefit. I have been taking a form of Biotin for a few months now and have seem an improvement in my hair, nails and skin. This format is easy to swallow and digest, with no unpleasant aftertaste. The blend of ingredients is good and I am happy to continue to take these daily

This bottle provides a month’s supply of 30 tablets. The tablets are very small and easy to swallow. The dose on them provides the recommended daily dose of biotin and selenium and 50% the recommended daily dose of the zinc. Reasonably priced but not amazing value. I recently had a pouch of a very similar pills for less money with 180pills in them. However, the main issue I have with the product is how large the bottle is for the very small pills, could easily be in a container half the size or less. It made me count the pills as it seemed so mismatched!

Tub of thirty tablets, these are best taken in the evening for a good night's sleep. I take magnesium to help with cramping in my legs at night and these appeared to help. They are quite large tables, but managed swallow it with a glass of water alright.
