These are absolutely amazing. Very very Bright. Great downroad visibility However these use more power than any led bulbs so you’ll have to make sure you use 15 amp fuses for these headlights.

These lamps are so bright that before I realigned the lights, people were flashing their bright lights constantly (sorry). I could see the road like never before. I traded the car in before I could learn about the lifespan of these lamps but others have said they last a long time. I totally recommend them.

On my 2015 Ford Fusion you have to remove the front bumper just to change the bulbs. Thanks Ford!! So these things only work when the car isn't started. Once you start the car they shut off within seconds. In the installation guide it says some vehicles may need a decoder. WELL SEND IT TO BEGIN WITH!!!!! It appears this is common with some Ford cars so not really plug and play. Now I'm stuck with no dim lights for a week to see if the decoder works when it arrives. Oh and also get to remove the bumper again. Also my brights from a different mfg. Worked just fine. Crappy cust. Svc. Email sent no response yet.

These are the brightest LED lamps I have even seen. It's like staring into the face of god. For installation these fit seamlessly into the H11 plugs in my truck. These are polarity controlled so if they don't light up for you, try reversing the plug. Like a lot of the LED lamps on the market, these have a built in fan for cooling, and for good measure. These lamps run hot. Like, surface of the sun hot. I didn't completely install these into the headlight housings before checking to see that the lit up properly, and I quickly learned why a set of gloves come in the box. I had to use the gloves to install the lamps into the housing because they were too hot to handle with bare hands. For my installation I had to use the small zip tie to suspend the resistor/CAN BUS (small black box in the middle of the wires) so that it wouldn't contact anything that might melt. I suggest you be very judicious and keep any soft plastics such as hoses or wire insulation as far away from these lights as you can.

The picture shows the difference between the old and new led lights during the day. After waiting for the sun to set I took a drive down a dark and wet road to see how these new bulbs perform. Before, my lights left a lot to be desired, and I couldn't see very well when the road was wet. But now, these new lm8 series lights really make everything visible! I installed these on an 07 gmc Sierra and am 100% satisfied with the results. These really are extremely bright, but you must install them correctly. Orientation is the key! Time will tell for longevity, but they do look and feel like a quality light unlike my old auxito lights. Highly recommended!

Managed to blow two 10a fuse which should be able to handle a 120W bulb per side. Are the bulbs really 80W per side or is it truly 160W per side? Either way that's a lot of wattage. I put them in a projector housing and the beam projection is okay and had a bit of a hazy cutoff but another LED I had in there had a cleaner cut and more light output despite lower wattage. Also that other LED didn't blow fuses. The slightly hazier cutoff on the Laxmas bulbs translates to slightly worse projection down the road and gives less usable light, despite having possibly higher output.
