Our new puppy loves blankets, and I've been looking for one more to add to the rotation. I usually buy normal throws, and was a little hesitant to buy a "dog" blanket since I was worried about quality. This blanket has far exceeded my expectations. Although it's waterproof, it is very soft and feels like a normal blanket. It has two layers, so it's sturdy, and the color is a very pretty pink on one side and a fluffy white "sherpa" on the other side. It doesn't slide as much as a regular blanket with the sherpa side down, so it's stayed tucked into the couch very well. Doesn't seem to attract or show dog hair as much as some of my other velour throws. The price was amazing for the size and quality. Highly recommend!

I purchased this blanket after my one cat developed bladder crystals. He got medications for treatment and pain. He started peeing while he was sleeping. I wasn’t sure how long he’d live at this point and didn’t want to isolate him. So he slept with me. The blanket saved my regular blankets and bedding so many times. It never leaked through.It’s very soft and held up really well. I think I washed it 1-2 daily for about 20 days. I got cream color because my cats are mostly light or white. It’s the size of your average throw blanket. I’d buy one queen sized if I could.I’ve recommended it everyone I know who have pets

Well, i can vouch for its popularity with my cats, and I can vouch for its waterproof qualities.This blanket it the perfect size to cover the bottom of my queen size guest bed if turned so that the length is crosswise. Does not go all the way to the pillows, of course, but I use a scat mat to protect that area anyway.The first night it was on the bed several of the cats decided to try it out, and someone decided to make it their own by peeing on it. (Hasn’t happened again. Just a territorial dispute over a new item). I can say that I immediately found out that the blanket is water proof as the bed was not even damp and had no odor.The blanket washed nicely and came out of the dryer just like new. Since it is waterproof, there can be an issue with the layers retaining water when you remove it from the washer. You may need to reposition it and let it drain or use an additional spin cycle. Mine took a little additional time in the dryer, considering it’s smaller size, but I dried it on the low setting. Came out looking just like new and without any stain.It’s very soft and warm, and I like it was much as my cats do.Highly recommend.

First thing i did was dump coffee on it. Its definitely waterproof. I bought it for the random “gaks” i find on my bed, but its so comfy im using it as my throw blanket and the pups love to nest in it.

I got this product in hopes of preventing my dog's accidents from touching the bedspread. It worked perfectly for about a month, but must've lost effectiveness after that. The last time I used it my dog's urine soaked through to my duvet underneath. Now it just serves as a normal blanket, which is a bummer for the price point.

My bunny pee'd on it as expected and it didnt go through the fabric; I was able to throw paper towel on there and just chill for rest of day, then wash the blanket as opposed to the usual panic and anger and stripping my bedding in a hurry before it reaches all layers !!!Love the look and color of this blanket it matches my house perfectly🙃

Could not believe how good this is. I felt the softness and 1st thing I said was "this is never going to work" ...I was very wrong Lol. This blanket is nice and big, super soft, and surprisingly waterproof. Nothing has gone through yet and my pets have had big accidents on it. So awesome. I just put it in the wash and tumble dry low, comes out perfect. Love this!!!! Will likely get more soon.
