I have POTS dysautonomia, which means I'm supposed to wear an abdominal binder to help with venous pooling. It's generally incredibly uncomfortable and wearing only compression tanks don't do the trick (I'll get leg swelling.) Enter this shapewear, stage right.I buy these 1 size too small, so I get good compression. Because the support panel stops right at the groin, you don't have compression through where your femoral nerve/artery/vein sit. So no weird blood flow issues, numbness, or tingling. I've found that I don't need daily compression socks because this helps so much. The coverage down the thigh is a lighter compression, but helps bring the blood back more centrally. Much better than waist-high TEDs. Also easier to get in and out of when you need to use the restroom.The compression against the belly really helps with bloating and abdominal pooling. The top goes right up to the bra line, but not over it, which is surprisingly comfortable. And they stay in place throughout the day, even if I'm at work and moving a lot.There is not a ton of gluteal support and I'm all for it, as it doesn't cause problems with my hip movement. My PT recently checked it out and commented on how well it matched for my specific issues. It has just enough compression to help with hip pain as well.Definitely would and have recommended to people with similar issues (POTS and EDS). I have multiple pairs and it's a must-have for days when I can't afford to have low blood volume.

I am happy I purchased this is shaper. I read the other reviews and sizes down to ensure that I would benefit from the slimming feature of the shaper. I wore it around the house to test it out. It was hard to get into but adjusted on my body as I wore it. It is the most comfortable shaper I have ever worn. Everything was tucked in and defined and I was soooo comfortable (I honestly forgot I had it on)! It does not ride down at the top or bunch around the thighs. It was also very easy to get into on the second and other times I have worn it.

There is an uncomfortable material in the inner thighs that pokes me when I wear it. Not sure what that is, however everything else is fantastic.

Works just great for tummy control

The fit is great. It's helps smooth you out and looks great under clothes....until you sit down. The waist band then rolls down, and the thigh bands become displaced.

The media could not be loaded.  I absolutely love this! I feel so confident when I wear this. The video I shared is the first time I ever wore it. I wanted to look amazing in my body suit (jump suit) for a friend’s birthday party. I looked awesome (at the age of 43 after 2 kids). lol The pressure was on! I was 196 pounds then (look forward to getting healthier as the days go by). But looking like this that day really encouraged me.

The very first time I put thus on, the seams at the netting portion were split. The sizing is off by one size, so fortunately I did order up a size, and the spandex portion works well. Unfortunately the seams where the mesh is sewed to the spandex is not well sewn and rips at the seams as soon as you begin to pull it up. Expected more for the price.

OMG this product is worth every penny and does exactly what it’s meant to do! I have a “muffin top” but you would never know once I put this on. It smooths out my mid section and you are not feeling confined, I can move around and I’m more confident about that problem area! It’s a MUST buy
