Was extremely easy to install and sounds a ton better than the stock garbage unit on my 2016 Road Glide. Hooks up to bluetooth much fast too. EQ adjustments makes all the difference on sound. Price is nice compared to other like units. I have the complete Rockford Fosgate system with front and bag lid speakers with two 10" subs in the bags.

Bought this for my husband for Valentines Day, we installed it yesterday and he's extremely happy! Installation manual was great, he's an aircraft mechanic so it is good to have some mechanical ability but mostly plug and play. Sound, lighting, FM stations and Bluetooth to phone is perfect. Perfect fit in the 2016 Street Glide. Thank you!

I replaced the head unit on my 2017 SGS. So far so good. I’m using an amp and a digital sound processor to clean up and amplify sound. The unit has preloaded EQs, and you can customize, but I wanted more EQ control. It was easy to install, easy to add on to with accessories.I really like the Apple car play option! Some apps act strangely, for instance, radio station apps will only play when the display is showing the app only. So some apps you can’t use the navigation simultaneously. That’s not a deal breaker and it’s not because of the head unit. All in all, the value for the product is really good. It sure beats spending $1200 for a similar item. Well worth the experiment and I will update in time.

Bought this radio to replace the old one I put in my bike. The other one I had was water resistant and keep getting moisture behind the screen. Eventually the moisture got the wiring connecting and blew the entire radio. Decided to try this after lots of research.Time will tell if it holds up but it is truly plug and play. The mounting bracket was already on the stereo and this one was metal compared to the stock one that was plastic. Came right on and sound decent for just a head unit with no amp. Fit perfect with no issues.Quality seems well made with all metal pieces. I saw reviews where people complained about the brightness and yes in the sun it isn’t the best, but I like it because the nighttime riding isnt as blinding.

I was skeptical on buying this stereo. 2017 street glide and it bolted in and plug and play for real. The only modification I had to do is make the hole bigger in the back of the pocket for the usb wire. The stereo fit perfect with same gaps as OEM radio. Took about an hour to install. The sound quality is legit but I do have an aftermarket amp and speakers. CarPlay display is like a car and would/did recommend this to friends.

This system is just awesome and worth every penny.

Installation wasn't great. If this is designed for HD touring models it shouldn't have variable screw holes. It made putting the top plate on a real hassle. After I got the top plate on I realized this was not a true plug and play radio. If I wanted the USB connection for the CarPlay or Android Auto I would have had to drill a hole in my fairing as the radio did not have a provision for the bike's stock USB connection. This isn't the worst part yet. After I had the radio secured and power connected to it I powered on the bike. The over-the-air radio worked just fine. However, I could not get the Bluetooth to connect to my phone at all. I work in the IT field so I did everything in my power to get that working all to no avail. Then I tried the CarPlay. It would connect for a split second and then go back to the OTA radio. Overall, I would not recommend this radio to any one for any reason.
