Works well
I needed this as my old one was falling apart. It is well made and helps me get my groceries in from the car. The cart is also quite handy for carting clothes To the laundry room.

Silent wheels and efficient
The media could not be loaded. I moved to a new apartment and it’s on the 3rd floor. I needed something quick, cheap, and collapsible to take my items to and from my car/apartment. I was able to assemble it in 20minutes. Love how quite the wheels are, design is simple yet effective. Worth every penny. I also use it to take my cats on their walks, they approve! I deducted a star because the cart was missing the washer and pins. I contacted the seller so they could send the missing items. They replied within 24 hours and suggested we outsource the missing parts. They gave me $25 credit to apply towards the missing part. I appreciate the communication but it was inconvenient for me to get the parts. Overall great product!

I was missing the wheel pins I had to purchase them myself which was easier than returning the whole product!!!

Instructions are nearly impossible to figure out.
I like it after I finally figured out how to assemble it after much frustration. Assembled tho, it suits my purpose just fine. Also, when folded there is no way to stand it up. I like the size of the baskets because they can hold a lot of groceries, etc. I’m glad I didn’t give up on it.

Finally!!
