What a Great item, sturdier than I expected -- I love it!!!
These magnifying glasses are soooo great I get to strap it on my head while assembling my projects and now I am able to see the intricate details hands free ... but wait it has a light on the glasses, three settings, bright, brighter and off -- the different strengths of magnification is great and it's so easy to change them when it's time -- I am so happy with this purchase and I was glad to see how sturdy they are -- I used these everyday ... I sometimes ask them " where have you been all my life?" -- I highly recommend these, they have now become one of the most important tools I work with -- thank you for making a quality product at a great price

Weight
Product is good, well lit, great magnification, but the lenses added to the frame makes it a bit heavy and uncomfortable around the nose.

These are very useful for vision impaired people. They allow for inexpensive hands free magnification of crafts or reading. The several magnifying strengths allow you to fit for your personal needs. The only drawback is the nose piece begins to hurt and stick to the nose after a few moments. Still worth a try for the price.

Not as large a magnifying area as claimed
Just received this, and have only quickly tested. I likely will keep the 5X, but only because it's supposed to be larger magnification than the 3X I have now (tho I truly do not see that 5X enlarges any more than the 3X does). The listing for both says the viewing area is a full-page size and doesn't need to be moved "repeatedly." WRONG. Neither is full page for all books, and both need constant moving because print is not clear near the edges of the "viewing areas," so that shouldn't be claimed. One of the 5X bullet points says it's 8x5.5 viewing area, which is not true, as that is actually the overall size with frame; the "viewing area" is only 7.1x4.375, a smidge SMALLER than the viewing area area of the 3X (7.1x4.7) and there is no frame. Ignore the images; they are obviously, and badly, photoshopped. See pix comparing "viewing areas." Right now, may not even rate 3 stars :| If anything makes me change my mind about this review, I will re-visit, but the outright lie about "screen" size is really irritating. We shall see. Blessings to all!

Piece of junk
First time I tried to use it, it broke off at the corner. Lens material is poor and clarity is minimal. I would warn anyone considering this purchase.

Useful for this mom
I think these are great. Living in the desert my kids get thorns/stickers pretty often and these are proving useful for those tiny ones that are so hard to get. I imagine they will get used for more things (My son also likes to look at his coin collection details with them) but so far that's what they have been used for.

Not what I thought.
The reviews are all for the glasses and not the thing you wear around your neck. I did not look close enough, but the connection is on the short end and its glued- you cant move it to the long side for wide view orientation, so I sent it back. It should not be glued so people can set it up how they wish.
