I took up some boxing lessons during the pandemic at the local women's studio, but since prices have gone up, I decided to get these paddles and borrow my hubby instead. The paddles are aesthetically pleasing and very smooth and comfortable to hold. When practicing my punches with my hand wraps on, the impact feels very familiar and bounces off well. The Mr agrees, my punches were well absorbed.

Our family has a pair of boxing gloves and we are tired of punching each other😋. We decided it would be safer if we got a pair of boxing paddles. We are familiar with the Honor Athletics brand and decided to get their paddles. The paddles are made of a faux leather, but still feel pretty good. The handles have an elastic wrist strap to stop the paddles from dropping on the ground. The handles are able to flex while being punched so you are still able to hold them. The lace stitching adds a nice aesthetic look. You can easily take any type of punch without feeling any of the blows. ✅WHAT I LIKE: ▪️Pretty good quality since it is faux leather. Takes a lot of punches and still looks good. ▪️The stitching seems on point, no weak points. ▪️The padding seems more than sufficient to absorb the punches. ▪️Lightweight enough, so you can even use the paddles to get a couple of shots in😏. ▪️The wrist straps are perfect, to avoid dropping them. ❌WHAT I DON’T LIKE: ▪️I wish it had some type of training manual or pointers on how best to use them. Currently we are improvising and having fun. We may have to watch some videos to unlock their full potential. 🦋OVERALL:It’s a great way to get close to the family, literally😀. It’s incredible how exhausting boxing and punching the paddles. It’s a great workout without feeling like you are working out. Our family may not be professional boxers, but we like to pretend we are. We highly recommend these boxing paddles.

These punching paddles are nice and well made. They are lightweight and durable so should last some time. I am using them for my 8- and 10-year-old to practice their karate kicks and punches. The paddles are smaller than the ones at the dojo, but these are designed for boxing so that makes sense.Overall I am happy with these punching paddles and can recommend these for beginners and younger adults or children.

This product is great for beginners to practice boxing. They look nice and they are easy to store. The only issue I had was a bit of fraying on the seams. The surface area is a lot smaller than kick pads that span the forearm but the product is a much better fit for my spotter who isn’t physically as strong as me. My spotter found it difficult to absorb shock with the full forearm pad and much prefers these paddles because she can easier pull back to absorb impact.

I’m very impress with the quality of the material use as well as the construction. The size of the paddles and the grip for the handle are well made. There is a good amount of foam which minimized the impact when hitting the paddles. I also found them light and a good size when absorbing the impact of the hit. Also the secured strap ensure you won’t drop them either.This is a great addition to add more diversity to your workout.
