Perfect size and function + easy to clean
I have 3 sets of these now, making 12 total trays to use in both of my Cosori machines. They do not warp like the single rigid tray that comes with the machines (and are much less expensive than what the additional rigid Cosori trays would cost to order). For the past year I have dried multiple liquids (eggs, half & half creamer, whole milk), as well as berries that roll around a lot and would fall through the stainless racks without an additional liner. When I dry liquids, I simply place the liners on the machine racks first, then starting with the bottom rack, I pull the rack out about 2-3 inches only and then fill the tray with pre-measured liquid portions from a measuring cup with pour spout. Pouring slowly, there is no mess or spillage, provided the machine is on a level surface. I work this way from the bottom upward until all 6 trays are filled. I have found my perfect ratio of 4 beaten eggs per tray (2 dozen to fill the machine). For milk or creamer, approx. 1 1/3 cups milk per tray. Halfway through a drying cycle (usually lasting about 20 hours), I just rotate each rack from front to back; at this point the liquids are solidified enough to rotate, and the process ensures even drying. The dried eggs will simply crumble off into a pan, and the milk(s) can be carefully peeled off in larger pieces. Then everything gets powdered in one of my small grinders. These liners are easy to clean with simple dish soap and water. You can either place them all in a dishpan filled with hot soapy water to soak a little, and then wash with a soft brush, or you can clean them one by one while lying flat on the sink bottom. After rinsing well, I place them upside down on the steel racks and place them back in the dehydrator for 15-30 minutes to dry on low heat. These are the best flexible sheets I have used, and the included spatula has become my favorite kitchen tool (much more efficient than standard rubber spatulas). Since I have 3 sets of the liners, I have 3 of these spatulas and use them daily. They are great for cooking and baking!

Found so many uses besides fruit leathers in dehydrator.
Besides the obvious use of these trays, I find I keep several handy in the kitchen for other uses. When trays of dehydrated foods are ready to be unloaded I empty the trays onto one of these mats, manipulating the flexible mat to separate or break apart clumps of sliced onions, etc. Then I turn the tray into a funnel and pour or slide the dehydrated foods into the wide-mouth jars (or even smaller openings) without spilling. I even set a second tray under the jar to be filled in case my aim isn't that good. No more chasing bits on counters. Also, when prepping foods for slicing and loading trays, I place my DASH Safe Slice Mandoline on top of one of the trays to catch the material since the little container on the slicer fills so quickly and items miss the box anyway. Then, I can move the tray to a spot where I can sit down and rest and load my wire racks for the dehydrator. When transferring flour, sugar, anything potentially messy to another container, these flexible trays with ridged edges keep the material mostly contained and become a flexible "funnel" for adding the spill to the new container without contamination.I'm sure I will find more uses for them. Any ideas?

Will Fit Tribest Sedona Express
These will fit a Sedona Express despite the measurements . The lil ever so slight curls but it’s legit unnoticeable. They are “flimsy” well pliable is a more positive word . Positive because when you are dehydrating pastes/ liquids , it’s a lot better to be able to bend/flex them and have the substance come up off the sheets bs trying to scrape and empty and pour . You can pretty much just dump the contents on these in a big bowl and then funnel them into a canning/ mason jar. I bought this for garlic and may also be using them for eggs. I can’t think of any other use but that’s good enough for me . I hope this helps.

Perfect fit
Love the product. Fits perfect in my dehydrator. The trays lay nice and flat. Used them for eggs, they came out evenly dry. Quick and easy clean up after each use. Absolutely worth the money.

How are these called trays? They’re more like lining with an edge
Not at all like the cosori fruit leather trays, they don’t hold their shape at all as they’re very flimsy and flexible. these are very bendy and so they’re hard to wash and I have no idea how I could put them in the dishwasher. They’re useable when placed on the dehydrator metal tray but not at all what I expected.

Better than the plastic tray
These are so much better than the plastic trays that came with my Cosori dehydrator. Since they are silicone, I’ve had no issue, putting them in the top or bottom rack of my dishwasher and running the cycles for high temperature in sanitizing rinse. They have always come out of the dishwasher, regardless, of upper or lower rack in the same condition as they look brand new. I prefer to use these mainly in making fruit leather however, it is nice to have them for smaller things like dehydrating, diced vegetables that would otherwise fall through the metal grates inside the dehydrator I have used approximately 30 to 40 times since purchasing and have never hand washed, they’ve always gone into the dishwasher, and there is no signs of warping or cracking in the silicone, and they always lay flat
