Great protein powder for the value. I am about to finish this tub and going to order it again.

I ordered this for meal replacements while on Keto. This is one of the few protein powders that I found to have lower carbs. Mixed with water was ok but not great, it has odd texture that was hard for me to drink. I prefer to mix with milk or almond milk, but half milk half water was ok too.The chocolate cookie and chocolate peanut butter are my favorite and taste great! I tried the cookies and cream but found it too sweet.For average meal replacement I would do 1 to 1.5 scoops in about 10 oz of milk which resulted in a slightly thick shake. I was left feeling satisfied and had a good amount of energy. I tried 2 scoops a few times and almost feel like it was too much. Overall I am very happy with the powder and will continue to purchase it even through the end of my diet.

Not the best flavor and no additional supplements, but ok for price when i bought it. I see it's higher now.
