If its hot it will shink some when it cools off, so leave a little extra.
looks to be high quality. made in America. The original 3 year old one was splitting into strands. Repaired the front edge of my toy hauler have three more corners to do, Was about 90 degrees in the sun and the black channel was hot. Attached the top to the channel and worked my way down. Was easily installed in the 12ft channel. Cut the bottom off leaving about 6 inches of additional length. Was a few inches shorter in the morning temperature of about 69 degrees. Waiting a couple of days before attaching the bottom. I live at 5000 ft in the high desert of Arizona. Glad it is UV treated.

It worked
This is exactly what I needed to the surrounding trip on my 6' x 12' enclosed trailer. Its unfortunate that it didn't come in a shorter length but oh well.

it is thicker more flexible and hopefully lasts longer in the sun. stock stuff is dookie. report back in a year ;)
