Great for light massages.
You have to use a lot of your own stress to get anything deep and even then it’s not that deep but it’s great for just making you feel good if used every day. I’m trying to use for general use and cellulite combating. Not sold on cellulite reduction but ugh… it’s the worst anyways. Sitting around using this is only going to work (a little) if you get your a!! Up and exercise. ;). So no short ups.. just use this as a healing tool for the working out you do!

Did not last long
It worked well, but did not last long after a few months.And i didnt even use it daily. Sadly the return policy expired already…
