Will these work crimping rg400 coax?

RG400 outer diameter is 4.45mm, 03H jaw's can crimp outer diameter 4.5mm, RG400 coaxial cable terminal has an iron buckle in the middle, crimping is close to the theoretical limit, because the coaxial connector model is not sure, you'd better measure the coaxial connector's outer diameter is around 4.5mm before making a decision.

Is the a58b a sn-28b and sn-48b combined in one jaw? also is this a single action or do i need to crimp twice (conductor + insulation)?

The A58B is a combination of the SN-28B and SN-48B, has crimp sections for both jaws, and requires only one crimp.

can this do weather sealed open barrel connectors?

No, 48BS DIE can be crimped to open barrel terminals, but it's not very suitable for waterproof terminals!

Crimps just about every type of terminal.

Crimper works great. Crimp dies are easy to replace. Adjustable crimping tension and force. Jaw release is nice in case you need to adjust. Stripper is ok. Not for 22 or smaller gauge stranded wire.
