This is a great collection of Canons for late beginner and intermediate piano players who are looking to improve their hand coordination.Canons are musical pieces where one part mimics the other part after a given period, so in a simple canon the right hand plays the melody and the left hand plays the same part a bar or more later. Pachabel’s Canon is a well known development of this theme.The pieces in this book steadily increase in difficulty and are an enjoyable way of improving ones skills whilst playing short musical pieces.
