I wasn't sure what to expect as there weren't any photos of the received product in the reviews and mainly mock-ups in the advertising, but I'm glad I took a chance. The banner is really lovely and exactly what I requested. Quality is nice and we will put this up every year now. I may order one for my other child too. Delivery was incredibly quick considering its a customised item. Only thing I'd change is I wish there were colour options for the string and also wish there was the option to have it strung in 2 rows.
